Hi, I live real close (KoP). Every year for the past 10 or so years there is a pin event down in Orlando. You pay for the event in addition to admission to the parks. There are tables set up for trading with fellow pin addicts. There are trading boards for trading with WDW. Random people are selected to play games like Pin Tac Toe where you win pins. There is a pin auction. You also get the "priviledge" to buy pins at the event. The way it is determined if you get the pin(s) you want is based on your RSP, which stands for Random Selection Process. I was reminding those who are going to the event that they needed to fill out the form with the pins they wanted so the computer could determine if they get them. The form had to be completed by 7/31/11. Hope this helps.
