This might have already been answered....if I already have a room reservation, is there any need to rush to call in the am? Do they limit the number of discounts? Trying to not have to wake up early....

Already having a reservation doesn't give you any advantage to getting in on the deal. It is still first come, first served for the pool of rooms set aside for the promotion. Most resorts will have availability later, but if you are picky about where you want to stay, the sooner you call, the better your chances are of getting your preference. Good luck!

Im definitely no expert, but having a room already does nothing for you as far as free dining goes. They allot so many rooms per resort for free dining, when those slots are filled the resort (usually?) doesn't offer more.... I don't think anyway ha

Yes, I just called to price a room only and didn't ask for any discount and received a quote for less than rack rate. Excited!

Sometimes it is up first thing in the morning (about 6am), but it can also be mid-morning (about 10:30am) before it show up. As soon as it is up on the special offers page it will be bookable. You have to go through the link to book it. Same holds true for room discounts and FD...having a reservation already booked doesn't make a difference. They are both first come, first served. Good luck!

This is why I get confused..and leads me to believe I wont be able to apply any discount to my reservation. Beach Club has zero availability for the dates 1st December to 11th December therefore no discounts can be given - is this correct?

I suppose I'll find out soon enough!

okay just found it... but now im upset because it looks like everything is already booked at wl!! I really want to stay there. we are currently booked there... but I would like a discount. any chance they will have more rooms open when I call and its just a glitch in the computer system?

Just saved over $700 on our stay at the Poly Dec. 7-14!

We had booked standard garden view with AAA rate (10% off).
Now have 30% off.

Still need to call back in the morning to take care of the fact that we now have two reservations for the same date. We're paying all with Disney gift cards so need to get this ironed out. Hopefully shouldn't be too much trouble!

The only thing available at WL for our dates is courtyard bunk rooms. Don't really want bunk beds, but it will save us about $500

Just booked our last three nights at Boardwalk Inn standard view! The first two nights were booked under the previous offer. Since we are same hotel, same room type, hopefully we will not have to change rooms.

Terrible availability for my dates (12/3 thru 12/8) at the moderates. Must really be well booked for that week. :-/
