Yeah she will love it- plus we are taking my mom for the first time- my mom knows but what she doesn't know is that my sister and her family are going too. And my DH doesn't know I got us a balcony for the first time. All I want to know is what will my surprise be??? LOL

Heads up people. I have finished my stateroom gifts. I totally stole the idea from the homemade fe gift thread. I do not have a creative bone in my body and DH told me I wasn't allowed to just go out and buy stuff. Now I've got to figure stuff out for the kids.

Just found out today: I'm in! I get to attend a training program that will be held on board the Wonder! I don't think I'll be able to participate in FE since my time will be limited, but I would love to lurk around this thread and get to know my fellow cruisers. If a meet is planned, I'll do my best to show up.

On my last 3-night Wonder sailing, a bunch of DISers met up to watch the Sail Away Party. It was a great way to start the cruise with "virtual" friends and since we'd met we were able to keep an eye out for each other for the duration of the voyage. I think I ran into one of the other moms every single evening! I don't know if I'll be allowed to break away from my meeting for the Sail Away Party, but I just wanted to put that idea out there if you want to get together.

I think I should be free to do the Castaway Cay 5K, which is the first organized activity on Castaway Cay day. Anyone interested in joining me? It's a great way to see the island early in the morning, while the rest of the cruisers are still on board.

I'll be in stateroom 7106, just me sailing. I think I'll pass on the FE exchange, but if anyone plans a sailaway get-together, I'd be in for that!

Welcome!!! I have not planned any excursions yet- I think my sister and her family are doing the catamaran swim and snorkel- but I know my DD won't go for that- so we'll see. Anyone done the glass bottom boat thing there?
