Sept 6 Halloween cruise on the Dream

We booked the Disney Dream Halloween cruise over a year ago due to the fact that my daughter loves Jack Skellington and Sally and is obsessed with Halloween. This will be our first Disney Cruise. Do you think that my daughter will be able to do a meet and greet with them?
Also any other recommendations to do would be greatly appreciated

There's no way of knowing now what the Meet & Greet situation will be right now. If it will even be an option.

I think, since DCL has moved the PIF date due to the COVID-19 situation, any penalties that are now associated with that new date will still be in force.

We cancelled that cruise due to the uncertainty. We didn‘t know if it would even sail, and if it does what the experience would be like. We aren’t interested in wearing face masks on deck 13

We decided we would just book a guaranteed rate closer to sailing if it looks like things are getting back to normal. Also, a guaranteed rate is much, much less than what we paid for our verandah stateroom over a year ago!

I'll just point out that whether DCL offers last minute guarantee option isn't always available on every cruise.

Right now, it is an option on this cruise. And the cruise after. And the cruise before. We were booked on all three at full, retail price! If we decide to go, we will book the much cheaper guaranteed rates!
