Sept 4-8 2005 Wonder S.S. Member Cruise! Part 4

Thinking about regular scrapbook pages, I remembered that I have actually completed a couple. I was working on a book for my daycare to show perspective parents. As I don't have a lot of openings (and mine is now filled ), it's really not a priority. But, here are a couple of completed pages. I know there are a lot of pictures per page, but I was looking more to capture the kids day first. Keep in mind they are very basic.

Where in Ohio do they live? I'm in central Ohio....within 3 hours of any point in Ohio!! Not that you'd want to come visit me....if I was you I'd rather go to Cindy's too!! (as long as she treats me like one of her day care children!!!)

Do I have to strap you into a carseat and feed you healthy stuff too? I can handle that. Come on over!!!

Diana, you are more than welcome ---- anytime. We don't do anything great for Thanksgiving anyway --- usually we just have the day to ourselves, make a big dinner as a family and then play games. We don't see either side of our extended families as a rule. So, you are definately welcome. Tell Bruce he's welcome too!

Don't they have Black Friday shopping in Ohio????

Hey, I don't mind being dragged into a fight....as long as it's many miles away and I can keep clear of the mud. Not a problem. Glad I could help out.

Thanks. Yes, they have Black Friday in Ohio. It's just that here, I'm comfortable where all the store are, where all the items are in the store...and that comfort level is key when I'm looking for the best bargains.

Karen--his family is spread out all through central Ohio....Brother in Marion, Sister in Mount something (can't remember, she just moved), other brother in Bucyrus and parents in Mansfield. Hiding out at your place may be another option for me! I REALLY REALLY don't get along with his parents.

Mount Sterling? That's "just down the road" from me. When you live out where I do, "just down the road" is about 20-30 minutes away!

Grrr....I've got most of them done, but it's involved me checking on the computer frequently. It keeps timing out or something ("page not found") as I'm uploading.

And I had to take Nick to rehearsal and there was a misunderstanding and he DIDN'T have to be there tonight!! So I drove downtown (30 minutes) just to turn around and come home.

Mount Sterling? That's "just down the road" from me. When you live out where I do, "just down the road" is about 20-30 minutes away!

Is that an Ohio thing? The same thing with my in-laws....just down the road, or something really close to them is never less than a half hour away. I always wondered if they just took "the road less traveled" but maybe it is just everywhere? Here, everything is 15 minutes away....no matter how far away it is!

It's not Mount Sterling. I think it may be Mount Vernon, but maybe I'm confusing that with something else. Isn't that the name of George Washington's house? Can that possibly be a town?

Mary and Cindy both of your pages look great. Cindy, I don't think you have enough cars for the kids though!

I need to get up enough motiviation to get at least the rest of my cruise pages done. I plan on 1 towel animal page, 2 for food and 1 for door signs, plus a "see ya real soon" one, I'll save that until after 12/3 so I don't jinx myself. Then I'm onto the parks.

Then I had to send myself an invite to figure out how to get you all there!

Yes, there is a Mount Vernon in Ohio....Northeast of Columbus....a bit more than "just down the road" from me.
