I can't even imagine how you were feeling at that pool. That poor young man and his family!!! Imagine if you weren't there on this particular day. This truly could have been a tragedy. Thank goodness that you intervened!!!

I feel a lot better now. I called the manager back at the pool. It turns out it might have been a case of "when the cat's away, the mice will play".

Apparently, the camp manager was not with the group today. The pool manager said she's going to definately have a chat with him on Monday (the camp comes every day which is very scary :scared1: ). The pool manager said she didn't think the boy was disiplined properly. I expained it from a parent/daycare providers point. That those counselors were there to supervise the kids -- not chit chat on their time.

I will still follow up with a letter.

:rotfl2: I must tell you, I am sitting here and reading about all of these women talking about their "Big Feet". I am just laughing , and shaking my head. Especially when I think about the size of my DW's feet. :rotfl2:

Ummm... those would be your wife's petite delicate feet, right??? :rolleyes1

I guess that I have the smaller feet in the group. I wear a size 8 and I always thought that my mom's size 10 feet were just HUGE!!

Hmmm... if size 8 feet are small, and size 10 are huge (we won't even THINK about those 12's! ::yes:: ), then my size 9's must be....

JUST RIGHT!!!! :snooty:

Owner of the perfectly sized feet

We'll leave that up to debate.

I don't think size 8 is small. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Now that is the perfect tag!

I have to admit that I let DH read some of the craziness here and he actually got a good laugh. I guess he feels good that other people are making fun of my feet. :sad2:

Being that it's Friday, and I have a super hot social life, try to keep things here to a dull roar. I'll be out for a couple of hours. I have to run and buy diapers.....here in this house, we go through over 300 a month :faint: , so they run out pretty quick, I need to buy in bulk!!

I totally agree, I don't think that my size 8s are small. More like in the middle somewhere.

I can completely understand. Luckily for me, I only had about 4 months where I had 2 in diapers. Thankfully, Emily has been potty-trained for over a year!! I can't wait until Maddie is out of diapers. Heck, I did a dance when I could stop buying formula, and buy whole milk.

At one time, I had 5 daycare kids in diapers at one time. :faint: I was only buying for 1 of them but it sure made for some :scared1: garbage. I really felt sorry for my garbage collector. :scared:

At that same time, I had 3 little ones who didn't know how to walk yet. So, I had to carry them everywhere and when we went out, I put them into a triple stroller. Sometimes I think I was crazy. That triple stroller is tucked way back in the shed. I hope it never sees the light of day again. :teeth:

Hi everyone!!

I don't post much, but wanted to mention that the foot products from The Body Shop really feel good after a day at WDW. The Refreshing Foot Spray and Cooling Leg Gel are two products I bring with me on every trip.

By the way......mine are 8 1/2!! :jumping1:

Okay, so I just had to post--- ah, the peer pressure ;)

I have my pedi/mani appt. set for the Friday before we leave (9/2)-- for my size 8.

Maybe it's growing up in the south that prompts it, but I just can't stand wearing shoes during the summer (especially on vacation)--- so the pedicures are a must with the sandals.

We have our pedicures scheduled for Friday 09/02 for our 7 1/2 size feet. Hopefully we will get to WalMart for the flip flops

I couldn't stand the pressure and snuck out of work this afternnon and went to Walmart. I explained to my boss I needed to buy blinkie flip-flops and I think he finally realized that I am nuts planning for the cruise. I found a black pair with palm trees and a blue pair with stripes. I'll get whichever one my sister doesn't want. I have a nail appointment already set up and now I may have to add on a pedicure-I've never had one before but you all are making me consider one. And while we are confessing my shoe size is 8 1/2 double wide:sad1: I've also got a few fish extenders in my watch list on Ebay that I must remember to bid on. Now if I could just manage to snag a Palo brunch ressie I'll be all set. I can't believe the cruise is so close.

Okay, I'll give you guys the middle.... somewhere between "petite and small, and huge... but definitely not quite on par with my perfect size 9's... :snooty:

Sure, sure, once I posted where perfect was, your feet were no longer "smaller" :sad2: Don't worry, everyone can't have perfect feet. It's just my torch to carry... ::yes::

ROFLMBO... okay, we may have hit a new pre-cruise low... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: can you imagine the look on someone's face if this was the first time they ever read this board??? :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Hmmm... almost perfect, but not quite :rolleyes1

Just remember, Lisa, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

After all, not all of us have to lug around "perfect feet". :rotfl2:

OMG, look what we've done. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

We've pulled the lurkers out for blinky-blinks & foot fetishes.
