Must be! I'm (somewhat) (ok not really) ashamed to say that I'm 99% packed. SOOO ready to go! I'm starting to check all our ressies for surprise upgrades!

I cannot wait time is flying by. Someone at work was like I remember you talking about this cruise like 2 years ago and now you have less than a month. I hope time keeps flying and that the weather stays beautiful.

And no I am not packed!

I have a Carnival cruise in 2 weeks.

But the secrets continue! I bought a pattern to make the girls a pirate costume. Sister asked me to make one for her daughter as well.

The girls suprise outfits are stashed into my closet in my secret hiding place.


Had a snafu where my brunch and flounders reservations disappeared but the TA got them back for me.

Oh and I still haven't told the girls yet!

So far they know--we are escorting my sister and her family up the ship. We can't have them getting lost on their way to the Disney boat.

Maybe I'm wrong but it looks like all of us are from Michigan! We'll probably all be in for weather shock since it's been a pretty mild summer so far but I'll bet it'll still be hot in Florida at the end of Sept. We just got new sandals for my son b/c he's pretty much outgrown the ones he has and the cruise is still 9 weeks away. I'm just trying to be prepared! I haven't started packing yet but that's only b/c my storage room is a mess so I need to clean it up a little so I have room for the suitcase. Where in Michigan is everyone from? We're from Royal Oak.

It won't be hot as it is now--but it will be quite warm. The end of September does see cooler evenings (like in the 70s ).

This will be my third cruise, and second in Sept. last one we went on we had beautiful weather the entire time! I haven't even thought about packing yet and I probably wont until a few days before hand...even though I'd like to earlier but I don't think I have enough clothes to start yet...maybe that would be a good excuse to buy some more hahaha.

me, husband, daughter - 12, and son -11! We're doing the parks first and I just can't wait! Been to the parks but never on a cruise! I'm almost packed already! 27 days I want to surprise my kids with the dolphin encounter but how do you coincide the timing of it all? I don't know how long it takes to get off the ship -- maybe not long at all with just the few of us on board -- and then get to where they pick you up, etc... anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about the dolphins at Alantis since it's right there....

Well my mom is going with us and she wanted me to book her a massage, the only one i could get was a couples - so darn guess i'll have to get one too. Really hate that LOL!

I'm almost packed already! 27 days I want to surprise my kids with the dolphin encounter but how do you coincide the timing of it all? I don't know how long it takes to get off the ship -- maybe not long at all with just the few of us on board -- and then get to where they pick you up, etc... anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about the dolphins at Alantis since it's right there....

We are doing the swimming with the dolphins too. If I remember correctly, it doesn't take too long to actually get off the ship. You'll have to take a taxi over the bridge to Paradise Island (I think that's what it is called) and then there is like a little water taxi port that has a stand for Dolphin Encounters and you just go up there, get your tickets and then wait for your ferry to take you to the Encounter. I have never done the one at Atlantis but it would probably be a little more convienent.

I really wanted to do a couples massage with my boyfriend, but it was sooo expensive. So that blew that one out of the water...have fun with it though

I booked swimming with dolphins directly through dolphin encounters in Nassau. Tehy give you a time for your swim, and you pick up your tickets at the "gate". I'd call now or check out theuir website, to see if any spots are still available

I just booked DH and myself on this trip as a celebration for our 17th anniversary (which is 9/15/07). Our daughter and I were on the 11 night Southern Carribean last September, but my husband has not been on the boat. So I can't wait to show it to him.

Now I need to try to concentrate at work and not lurk on the message boards for information!

I just got our dining switched to main seating! Now we have that AND our Palo ressies for brunch AND Dinner - and the cruise is nearly perfect. Now all we need is that upgrade to a Cat 3 (ha! ha!) and we'll be golden!

Only 23 days left!

Great news about the dining switch! I am obsessing right now, I keep checking our excurisions and spa times to make sure that's what I want. I've planned myself out of anything to do right now and it's driving me crazy. I can't wait.

On another note, we had one room booked 12GTY and it was assigned last weekend to a Cat 9. We have two connecting Cat 6's and we didn't get any upgrades, didn't figure we would with connecting though. We have two more rooms but I have no idea where they are at.

Hey everyone! I just booked this cruise yesterday and am so excited. Had a rough summer and now we need a little cruise to perk us up! Tried to get my sister to go but it will just be DH and I. I'll have to read all your posts, but I've read pages 1 and 6 so far! Can't wait to go!!

So happy the cruise is getting closer! Kids are mostly settled in school, so I can start to "plan" what to pack! If i know me, I'll be throwing my stuff in a suitcase the night before we leave We are staying at the residence inn the night before the cruise. we are cruising with some family members, but more family is staying the night at the inn so we can visit with them before we leave. Can't wait!
