Angela,

Don't worry about the shirt. I was excited and needed a vacation planning outlet.

Besides, we've had some artistic differences at home over the design. My youngest, Chris, has done an entire new design for the back which I hope I can post later.

Gotta get dinner going.

David

Well, it's another day closer to a nice week
with all of you. I really have nothing to say,
but wanted to say it anyway.

Had to get updated on the news for the crise toninght. Looks like things are going great!!!

We had ball practice tonight and in a local tournment this weekend, then off to the world series. They start on the 12th and will go thru that sunday. Boys are getting really excited( I am to). We are all hoping for good weather.

Waiting for next Monday morning. 75 day ressi open. Willl be tired from the series, but will have to stay up to do it. Boys not coming home till monday night, but mom has to go back to work. Still have not decided what we are doing, my go off on our own.

Congrads on the upgrades!!! That is really great. We dont see that happening because we have connecting 6s.

Have a great night will check back when we get the chance.
Kim

Hi Kim, :wave2:

We have connecting 6's too. What rooms are you staying in? I'm connected to David and Kathy, our room is 6566. Are we neighbors? :teeth: Gotta get back to work. :surfweb:

Shelia - Baylee has a note...Kate wrote it awhile back and I just forgetting to transcribe it.

Okay, now we're watching the next cruise related show, an expose on the other cruise lines.
:scared1: :scared1:
There are a number of reasons we chose Disney's cruise. This is one of them. We may all have warm and fuzzy thoughts about pirates, but at least ours look like Captain Jack, and don't carry AK47s.

Well..i am in full cruise mode!
Joined a gym today so I can get ready to eat PALO!!!

Hi Betsey,

in the morning.

Happy Friday!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

LOL!!!! Betsy, way to go.... :lmao:

I'll be thinking of you when I work out tonight!!!! :lmao: I'm in full cruise mode too!! :woohoo: SAVE SOME PALO FOR ME!!! :lmao: :rotfl2:

Time for some coffee!!!

DiDi :grouphug:

We are also in CRUISE MODE! I have lost 19 lbs so far and hope to lose 20 more by cruise date. My goal is 30, but I'm not going to push it with less than 3 months to go! Working out too!

My dilemma is that I don't want to buy new clothes for the cruise until right before I leave but all the summer stuff will be gone! Wal-Mart here is already starting to sell school supplies! They have only been out of school a month! GIVE ME A BREAK!

P.S. We are in room 6515!

Shelia! You are one deck above us...DIRECTLY over us..we are in 5520! That will make it easy for the girls to get together!

Angela,

I'll get Patrick(Dale Rules) on the thread tonight. My guy had a sleepover last night. He actually was excited about it, maybe it had to do with going to the fair with his buddy. I heard that they went on every spin and spew ride that the fair had to offer. :woohoo: I hope there were no green to the gills eposides last night. :rotfl: I'm waiting to get a call to hear all this morning. :rotfl:

Kim, not so far away that us McEntee's can't find you!!! :cheer2: I'm so excited about this trip. Are a bunch of us hooking up for dinner?

Well, gotta to run. Weather is looking great for beaching and riding the waves this weekend. :goodvibes

Hi all, payed off my cruise wednesday and by yesterday afternoon was able to make all the excursion and palo reservations that I thought I needed to make quickly. Still have some snorkle type excursions I need to book (they are all so similar) for St. Thomas and St. Maartin but other than that I am done. Got DH to agree to a couples massage and I even managed to snag 2 spots for the CC deep sea fishing pirate: that my DS and DH enjoyed so much last year - well except for that heavy downpour :rotfl2: (that lasted all day :sad2: ) We are looking for better weather this year on CC, the last 2 years the weather has been bad (although we did manage to dock both times). :boat:

DiDi: I see you are staying at the Ronjon. We stayed there 2 years ago in a 2 bedroom overlooking the channel where the ship comes into port. It was really neat to see the ship come into port at 4 or 4:30 am the day of the cruise. The pool is really nice (but too cold and windy the days we were there) the play area is also great and my kids loved the putt putt golf. This year we will be at the Embassy Suites near the airport the night before...using up some of my DH's Hilton honors points.

Jennifer

Hi All,

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. :sunny:

Sheila, howdy neighbor. :wave2:

Any early birds out there? Last year, I did my walkies around 5:45 AM. I did a couple of miles each day. Would anyone like to join me in the morning? :listen: Last year the on board gym was closed so they didn't have any classes. :sad2: I'm looking forward to taking a couple of classes so I can eat more!!! :lmao: I love food!!!!!! Especially my five course meals!!!! :teeth: I was so disapointed last year after the cruise when I wasn't served my appertizers, salade/soup, main course and my yummy dessert. :sad2: I ate so much, and felt sooooo bloated! :rotfl2: It took about 3 weeks to start feeling normal again. It took a bit of time to lose the extra pounds. I am looking forward to having a slab of bacon every morning along with my hash browns at Topsiders. :rotfl: Those arteries are hardening up just with the tought!! :rotfl:

Jennifer, I'm looking forward to staying a couple of days at RonJon's. Just to take some chill time prior to the cruise will be a good thing.

Well, I'll get back later on. Time for some Blue Mountain Jamacian coffee, I just got a raise yesterday, which was totally unexpected. Time to celebrate with my special coffee stash!

WAY TO EARLY FOR MY BLOOD!!! :crazy2:  I think I am going to try to stay on AZ time so my kids will be awake in the evenings. I think it will be a 4 hour difference in our favor! We will be having our dinner at 5:30 PM on the ship which will actually be about lunch time in AZ! The only day this will backfire on us is the customs ::cop:chec k day when everyone must be up by 7AM:scratchin  .
We are going to MNSSHP the Tuesday after the cruise and I want the kids to easily make it through the night - we will see if it really works that way but it looks good on paper!

Good Morning all! I have been mainly lurking..reading and catching up daily. This is going to be our second cruise; we went on the West Coast cruise last year. The kids are so excited. We will be on Deck 2 aft, so the kids see it is a straight shot up to the Mickey Pool..and choclate chip cookies.

My dh and I had such a wonderful time last year, and the kids haven't stopped talking about it. In fact, my ds was 5 at the time. After the cruise he kept asking when we would go again. We told him in a couple of years, like maybe when he was 7. Well, then he started lying to everyone telling people he was 7 instead of 5...then immediately turn to us and say "can I go back on the Mickey Ship?" :rotfl2: I love my boy!

So we are going back a bit earlier than we anticipated. The first plane trip for my son and first trip for any of us to WDW. We are from Los Angeles, CA. We will spend a little time at the parks, just still trying to figure out what rides/attractions are the must do things. We go to DL quite often.

Anyway, wondering if any of you have a dd around 8 or 9? My dd would really like to chat with someone before the cruise. We did this last time and it just made it so nice to know there was a friend to play with at the lab. PM me if you are more comfortable.

Looking forward to meeting you all!

Squirrelgirl...aka Kendall
