Sept. 26, 2009 Magic

Yeah, tell me about it. Last night was sooooo bizarre because the house was so silent. I will probably buy a couple of books that I've been meaning to read and will put a few chick-flicks on Netflix, so, hopefully, I'll make it through. And, yes, no doubt I will be DIS-ing it like crazy. They will be gone exactly a week, so I will be picking them up next Sunday. :yay:

So basically, Saterday will probably be the hardest day? (no work, later in the week, so close but not there yet) Let's see how many posts you can do in one week. :rotfl2:

I agree.....I love the verandahs....:love::love:

How many people decided to dress up for Pirate Night? I have been putting off buying our outfits until after the wedding. By then the party stores will have Halloween outfits out. We always dress up, but just wanted to see what the majority of our group was doing.

Would love to go over top with the dressing up, but can't really sell myself on the idea when it comes to suitcase space and money. So, I bought myself a pink original POTC-shirt, and that'll be my "costume".

FATCAT is on DECK 2!!!!

Forget whatever I said about having a quite time down there. It does mean a short walk to the drinkstation though. :lmao:

We r planning to dress up for pirate night.

Pam, I am thinking of it, like fully dressed Halloween themed, found a great costume online. Anyone else?

FATCAT is on DECK 2!!!!

Oh, that is why the Deck 2 is so noisy :rotfl2::rotfl::rotfl2:. Bud Light Lime and a little love session with DW, haha. Honestly, I've never sailed below 6th deck, so I am not sure. I preffer and pay higher to see above ocean.

I even thought of booking suite but after a price sticker shock:scared1: Forget it! Still hoping for a big win in Mega Millions!!! That would be sweet!

I do have a 1 Question to all of you, Which Sea Day is a formal night? Sun or Monday? I have booked a spa day for myself on Monday and I need extra time to do my up-do? I've read through the boards and I think it is on Monday? Thanks!

I think our formal night is night 2, which would be Sunday. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

On another note, I finally ordered my FE gifts today! I can't wait to see how they turn out!

Traditionally it is monday. But more importantly that is when the Captain's Gala is with free drinks. I will be attending both Gala's

The Wench outfits do not weigh a lot

Does someone have the most recent list of FE staterooms? I'm going to go shopping tomorrow for things and I want to make sure I get enough. I'm so excited about doing this. Now to just decide if I want to buy a FE for our room or TRY to make one (try is the key word - me not so crafty!!).

51 days and I leave for WDW and the cruise. Can't believe it's so close. Of course Bailey starts daycare the week before so I'm hoping the thought of WDW and the Cruise will get me through that transition.

And this is the dance he will be doing later that night.....:dance3::dance3:
FatCat is going to make this a very fun and interesting cruise!! :rotfl:

I last updated the FE list on page 9 (link in my signature line) just a few days ago. If anyone sees something incorrect, please let me know. I am hoping that it is correct and that everyone is still sailing that said they were doing a FE. That is the list I am going by. I think my last count was 37 cabins.

I have spent WAY to much time looking at navigators and all the recent Easterns show Formal Night on Sunday (and the trip reports do as well).

ivet~~ I have got you down for 5 adult and 1 child wristbands.

No need to send money ahead of time. I will send everyone who has ordered wristbands an "invoice" via PM in the next couple of weeks so that you know your final total. We can settle up when I give you the wristbands.

I am planning on being at the port first thing and camping out on the couches at the far end of the port (close to the Mickey Ears gangway). So, everyone who gets there and checked in before 11:15-11:30 should be able to meet me then.

I haven't completely mapped out the rest of my afternoon. Once, I do I will let everyone know. If I can avoid it, I would prefer not to be doing too much 'business' during the Sail Away Party.

Thanks!!!! for getting this together.

Oh and other bad news...I had all my plans laid out for the few days prior to the cruise, and on Friday morning we were all going to do a swamp boat tour..it is a small tour with just your family and the captain...well, since there are 7 of us the lady who is in charge of booking said there is a weight limit...told me how much the captain weighed :rotfl: ))

:banana:I have been looking for a replacement for your swamp tour and I think I may have found it....it's called

Black Hammock Adventures, on Lake Jessup, offers free live alligator and bird exhibits. Watch trainers feed the 12-foot (4 meters), 650-pound (295 kilograms) resident gator, Hammy, on Sunday afternoons. At the Lazy Gator Bar, guests can join the deck party every Friday and Saturday night and listen to free live music. For more information, visit theblackhammock.com or call 407-365-1244.

The website theblackhammon.com has a boat with 11 people on it. WOW!!! I dont know the cost but check out the website.

Me too!! I just realized today that the website that can't be named on here has the July 4th Magic cruise navigators. And it's our exact cruise with St. Thomas and St. Marteen. I spent all of Bailey's 45 minute nap looking at it and didn't get anything else done.

Can you send me a PM with the website or part of the name of the site so I can read it? TIA!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lmao:

PS: I'm getting the heck away from FatCat on Deck 2. DH has officially agreed to splurge on us and letting me upgrade to Cat 6. Cut to me "paying" for this from now until October 3rd!!! :woohoo: Let's just hope that there is even Cat 6's available. Disney site when I try to book a phoney cruise says I can only get a guarantee.

GREAT News Ana!!! :thumbsup2. Trust me, it will be worth every penny. You only live once so why not enjoy it. Nothing like sitting on your private verandah and enjoying the view. Addtl benefit of having a verandah is to escape large, noisy crowds and have breakfast room service, etc. We started our crusing experience with an ocean view and I hated it, I've felt very enclosed. It is all going to work out! Maybe we can all "secretly" stay in Roy Suite;) during our cabin tour.
