Hello everyone, miss me?

Just to let everyone know (some might care ), I have not recovered from my OCD or ADHD. I have just been busy at work, that might sound like a good thing, but this is not. I had to close down one of my stores. The location I chose was not what I had hoped it would be, so I'm the only one to blame I should have everything moved out by Friday. OK, OK, enough with the "belly Aching"...

I have to say that I've loved Keith's energy and all his pictures. You have a very beautiful family. Keep up the postings!! We have sons the same age. Maybe they can meet up in the kids club??

Thank you for the kind comments, like I said, I will post until asked to stop That would be great if our sons got to hang out together. It is more fun for them when they find a friend to hang out with. Plus, it makes it easier to drop them off at the Club and not feel guilty because the adults are having fun. Josh, has two older sisters (24) & (22), so he is basically an only child...I bet your son would love to "get away" from his sisters and have a friend for a week

My son is Hayden. He has not only the two sisters he lives with but two older sisters also; Andi (29) & Courtney (23). Courtney will be traveling with us but in a separate cabin. (Thank God)

I also know of two other 8 yr old boys that are family friends that are on this same cruise. Josh will have plenty of kids to play with from this group.

I'm starting to get fair number of sign ups for PJ brfst so I'd say we are all systems go on that front, guess that means I better start shopping for new lounge wear

Hey everyone. I hope to hook up a little more with DISers that have young children too(Age 5 and under). In all my DIS board surfing last night, I got concerned because my DCs are age 4 and 2 now but by the cruise will be 5 and 3. Anyway, I see that they separate those age groups into 3-4 year olds and 5-7 year olds. We aren't going with anyone, so I need to make sure that each of them hooks up with a couple of buddies in the first day or so, so that they aren't scared to be separated from each other in the Oceaneers club. I hope I'm not freaking out. I just really hope they want to do the club.

Boy, I go to the Rodeo and come back to this! We are getting active again arent we? That is a good thing tho. September is just around the corner....and I cant wait!!!

I'd like to also be involved in the Fish Extender activities. This is our first 7 day cruise (2nd DCL) but our first time to participate in FE. I'd also like to participate in the Pajama Breakfast too, if that becomes an option. We are in cabin 8530. I have said before that I have three kids (DD12, DD11 & DS8). I'd also like to have my niece (DN10) be apart of our extender so I have 4 kids. Is that possible??

I can't wait til Sept!!!!!

I was perusing the cruise boards today and saw a thread about doing customized wrist bands kinda like the LiveStrong bracelets. I did a bit of digging and I think that we can get customized ones for about $1.50 a piece at a couple of different places online. Anyone have any interest?

Started shopping online for FE ideas. I'm so psyched. Thanks to (Juli) Fire14 for directing me to the FE list. I had forgotten all about page 9's post by (Pam?) Disney Sweetie. Still learning everyone's names too. Can't wait until I'm not such a newbie anymore.

Did anyone decide on cut off dates for FE, SM, lanyards? Are we still going through with all of this stuff?

I will have to check on the cut off dates. I am sure it will be July at the latest. Just need to make sure the lanyards are ordered in plenty of time. As far as I know all activities are still on GO.

How do we know how many Fish Extender gifts to buy?? It's one gift per family right/room?

You can buy how ever much you want to. There is no set limit. Some are buying for every day, some for every member, some for only 1 day, some for 1 item per cabin.....It is really up to you. Just check the list of participants on page 9 and go from there.

Hi everyone...haven't been posting much...my puppy was spayed today and I have been dreading/worrying about this prior to today and now feeling horribly guilty as she lies sadly on the couch. She doesn't want to eat or drink, and the vet told me she should be. So now I am worried about that. We don't have any kids but she is just like my baby (which I know is kind of pathetic on my part but hey).

Glad to see some new cruisers. Welcome!

I printed off our first graphics to use as door magnets tonight! That was exciting.

My DH has nixed the PJ breakfast so we won't be joining in. He's not really a pajamas in public kind of guy. We didn't participate in that "Spirit Day" during our high school Homecoming week, and I guess we won't be starting now!

As for the lanyards/bracelets...what are they going to look like? Are they going to have the "Picaroon Pirates" name, something else, etc? Colors? I am very picky about my accessories No just kidding. But really, as a pin trader, I have SOOOO many lanyards as it is, so I need to know how different this one will be (you know, so I can justify adding more).

Speaking of PIN TRADING, who here is a pin trader? I collect Aristocats (surprised?), Pirates , Princesses (not Jasmine), and Ducks (Donald, Daisy, Nephews).

JK, they are on me, on both ankles, each one represents one of my kids and the love of DCL! "Little Mermaid" is for Lindsey, my oldest, she loved the little mermaid movie when it came out and always had on the costume when I got home from work, I have her nickname below it...."PUNK", short for Pumpkin. "Tinkerbell" is for Kourtney, my second, she is 22 now, but would still dress like tinkerbell now if she could get away with it Kourt is her nickname. The "Mickey Mouse" is for Josh, his first words were not Mama or Daddy, they were MOUSE MOUSE... The "Mickey & Minnie" on the anchor is for Tina & myself....we renewed our 10 year wedding ann. on Castaway Cay a couple of years ago. Tina found the design in one of the scape booking pages from one of the DCL shops. It has our wedding Date below it This might be TMI, but I have a couple more on my 'backside' One is 2 dolphins, we are scuba divers, and that was my first one and the second is Capt. Hook fighting Peter Pan with the words "I'll never grow up" below it And the DCL logo....no need to explain

BTW, Tina does have 2 Tats, one is a dolphin in a small heart (size of a quarter) on her hip, you will have to ask her about the 2nd....It shows her love for DCL

Aristocats, The bracelets I priced out the other day would be lime green and have at least "Picaron Pirates" and probably "Sept 26th-Oct 3rd 2009" debossed on them.
But, we could also get them in red and if we get really crazy, er creative, one place even had alternating red and black segments, again with the embossed "Picaron Pirates" and dates
