In St. Maarten there is a beach walking distance to the ship, or you can take the water taxi. Last time I checked it was $5 a person for the day or $3 one way. The walk took us about 15 minutes if I remember right. The beach is nice and there are places to eat/drink there. The shopping is also in that same area. Dave rented a jet ski on that beach once too.

About St. Thomas we usually end up doing very little on that island for some reason. LOL.... I am drawing a blank as to what is within walking distance there. I still have no idea what we are going to do there either.

I hear ya about not wanting to put them in a car without a car seat We are going to head to Maho Bay in St. Maarten and I am a little worried about the ride with no car seat. Island taxi drivers are nuts sometimes! It's like a roller coaster sometimes.

Mine is Mickey, and my favorite Disney movies are: Enchanted; Finding Nemo; UP!; and Toy Story. I like classic Disney movies too, but I gravitate toward the Pixar ones.

IDK how to post pictures, or else I'd post one of our FE for you. It's really cute...can't wait to use it!

Sorry to hear about Kaleb. How's he doing? And how are you holding up???

Thank you all for everyones good thoughts and well wishes. We got home late Thursday night, and he has been doing pretty well. He is finally off of the continious pain pills..and is only taking Advil as needed...which is pretty much down to 2 times a day. It kinda freaked me out today...We were grocery shopping and he says "Mom what is this string"? It was actually one of his disolving stitches sticking out of his scar eeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

I ordered one more really cute FE gift today...I think we are planning on doing one gift per cabin/family 3 times for the week...unless I plan on one more then I will do 4 for the week. Or maybe I'll do the 3 that I have planned for the week and then one just for the kids

I started making my FE gifts... I am so excited and hope everyone likes them. I also bought the fabric for my FE. Does anyone feel like posting pics of theirs? I love looking at FE pics.

I'm almost done with mine...I'm waiting for 3 applique/patch things to come in the mail this week. Then I'll iron them on and wala! I'll be done! Another thing I can cross off my list

Tink, Mickey, Ariel are a couple that come to mind. As for movies, I don't have a particular favorite. I am more about the music...if it has good music that I can sing along with, then I like it!

Good to hear he's recovering nicely. Don't freak out about some stitches. It's normal (you'll see it happen more often) and for most kids they actually tend to be considered 'cool' (or whatever they call it nowadays ). As long as he doesn't pick at them and pull them out himselve, just do a with him each time one fals out. After all, that means one more stitch closer to being healed.

Good idea , I was also thinking of maybe a Goofy sticker or emblem on one pocket and something that Lieske likes on the other.

WOW did I get alot of new friends over at facebook! We don't have a picture and I'm sorry, I'm a blue collar worker and lucky to be where I am on the computer. DW doesn't spend much time on computer, because it's cooler in the basement. She's the guru for computer here.
Will get some FE gifts this weekend, small stuff.
