I don't know if anyone is interested or if they are any use, but I bought my daughter 2 disney swim suits with matching rash guards at Costco earlier in the season in a size 5 but she has just had a growth spurt and jumped straight over them. They are washed and ready to wear so I can't return them. She also has an Ariel Disney swimsuit that she has worn today, once, and that is how I realised she has outgrown them. If anyone would like them let me know and I will mail them to you. If you would also like the Arial swimsuit you can have that too.

Just to let you know my daughter although just turned 4 is almost 43 inches tall of which almost 3 inches is since January. This is the third time she has grown out of her clothes since January. I want the swimsuits to go to good use and to someone who loves disney hence the reason I am asking here rather than just putting them out to charity.

Wow! You have a really tall dd! My dd is 5.5 and is much shorter than yours! My dd is in a 3/4 right now (she just hit 32 pounds!), but her suit is getting tight. I'm sure she'd love one of those suits! But, it may be big on her right now. And, if you'd rather they go to someone who needs them for a financial reason, we'll have to pass. What a generous offer!

Jennifer we just bought her a pair of Ariel PJs in the Disney store sale and the smallest size they had was a size 7. It is a little on the long side, but not much. I will check the designs, but if you want them then they are yours. PM me your address and I can mail them to you later in the week.

They reckon my DD will be about 5 ft 11. I am 5 ft 6 and my DH is 6 ft, but my mother is 5 ft 11; my sister is 5 ft 10; my father is 6 ft 4 and my 2 brothers are 6 ft 3. My parents kept records of our growth and according to my Dad my DD is 6 months ahead of them in growth. Yelp. She is an extremely active and bright child too which has led to an extremely interesting first 4 years especially with the fact that all our family on both sides are back in England.

Welcome to all the new cruisers! I've been checking lately from my iPhone and haven't remembered to send out a "Hello" to all our new friends.

Just ordered more FE stuff (starting to worry how everything is going to fit in my car!!!) but I'm a sucker for shopping for just about anything.

Alright... there are too many girls on this trip! We need a 10 year old boy (besides mine!). All the boys who are close are going to be at the Edge since they are 11. I'm not letting anyone else on this ship until we have a male 10 year old! (Puts her foot down!)

Anyone who has a GTY room get a room assignment yet?
I have my room assigned but in a higher category then 9C.....believe it or not I like 9C room locations and I have my favorite 9C room that I would love to have, but all 9C rooms when I booked were on GTY so for that reason I went with a higher category room just so I could pick the room number......now I am waiting until GTY rooms get assigned so I can call and see if "my 9C" room is available.

I received mine last week. I haven't posted the room number yet as I am going back and forth about upgrading. I have an 11C. I am debating upgrading to a higher deck because I fear the anchor noise on our two tendering days... we'll see.

Wow! Do you have a problem with people assuming she should know more than she should because she looks so much older? My boys were all tall and everyone assumed they were older. Now, my oldest is 6'1"! I am 5'10" and dh is 6'. I assumed I'd have a tall dd. But, NOPE! Oh well - it's perfect for gymnastics and ballet!

I will have a just-turned-11 yo boy on this cruise! They could hang out together. His name is William and he plays baseball and does karate. And, he loves video games!

Yes that's exactly the problem although because she's an only child she has quite a vocabulary. We've just switched her across to montessori as she was getting into too much trouble at preschool. The teachers at Montessori, after 3 days a week in June getting her introduced, have her reading all her letters with just a few problems and trying to sound out on her own too. They've also told me that her pre-math skills are great and above what they expected. I was concerned that by switching her to montessori she would find herself behind her fellow students but the teachers have said she's fitted right in and is picking up really quickly. Bless her she was bored at preschool now she can go at whatever pace she wants. It's also teaching her to do things on her own which is vital as an only child.

I think you're only going to be down the corridor from us on the cruise based on cabin numbers at least (I've not checked a plan) which will be perfect for our DDs.

What is GTY???

It's when u book particular category on a ship and do not get to book a specific room number. Sometimes u don't have the option of booking a room number and other times u do but people chose not to and just book GTY in hopes that they will get an upgrade. Some believe that booking GTy will give them a better chance at a free upgrade.
For example I like category 9c but because cat 9c is only available for GTY booking I chose to book 9a so I could chose a room number to book so that I was sure my sister and I would be in rooms next to eachother.
