But Ms Wargo, you need to understand this is ahhhh a large group of "Big & Small" ahhh "exceptional individuals", each with their own ahhhh "unique idiosyncracies", and when they don't have plans go their way, well, ahhh they could have these "OCD attacks" that will make Katrina look like a spring shower ... PULEEEZE ~ Can't you tell me? Don't you have any sympathy for me? Can't you understand I can't afford that many sandals in this lifetime? ...

Dennis

OHHH Dennis you know us so well :scared: :hyper: :hyper2: :scared1:
I still am feeling sorry for our wait staff. If were even half this wound up at dinner we're going to have them jumping overboard. Just multiply this: :jumping1: by what 40 dennis??? :scared1:

Hi All,

I must second Dennis's exclamation: Holy Crap!

I just spent over 45 mins reading the latest posts with Kathy. She is making me wait until we are together to catch up on all the posts. I can't take this pace. You people are killing me!!

My morning regime will be something like this, I hope:
Get up 30 mins prior to sunrise.
Ramble up to deck 10
find a good spot to watch sunrise
After sunrise, grab coffee & back to bed for an hour or so.
Then breakfast!!!

Ok, too tired to think now. Here come Kathy's thoughts....

Deanna: I am so with you guys. No exercise, lots of good food & fun! That's what vacation is for. :teeth:

Must go sle...... Zzzzzzz

I just post and you all go and make 5 or 6 posts while I'm typing.

I can't even keep up while I type!

Night all,

David

I can hardly keep up with all these posts!

Deanna- got the photo album, it was great. She is so talented.

Larry- scary thing about the Birth Cert. Dh will not be happy about the whole fitness center thing. I may have to call and check on that.

DIDI- I have to look at that picture multiple times a day. I have tried talking nicely to the girls about "getting along", but maybe it's just tough with 3. Two are always taking sides. I even play the guilt card when I need to "Girls, it makes God so sad when you don't get along. :guilty: " Even quoting scripture doesn't always help! :teeth: They really do love each other, and hopefully as they grow up they will appreciate each other more.(one can always hope).

Gilesfamily- your pedicure story is cracking me up! I can just picture it in my mind. Hope Chantel gets over whatever is ailing her.

Julie- glad Jacks appointment went well. Sounds like you and I could swap some baby stories. I think Addison spent the first 2 years of her life in the Doctors office(at least it seemed that way). Things are improving. Sounds like they are for you too.

Kim- Wahoo(just for Dennis), so glad you got your docs. I think everyone has theirs now.

Well, I need to get to bed on time tonight. I'll check in with you all in the morning!

Okay ~ Time for me to head off to the Land of Nod. BUT before I go, I have recalculated Today's Posts - 101!!! Maintaining this pace, we will be at Ingrid's Goal (3003) in eactly 2.950495049504950495049504950495 days. Furthermore, by my calculations, that will be 7:56pm Friday evening MST.

Good Night ~ Sleep Tight!

Doc dancing for Larry and Kim! Congrats. Kim- your child has probably had those docs stuffed in a couch cushion for days! And now they've been discovered again. Larry- welcome back. We've missed your chatter.

Deanna

Princess Olivia- Welcome to the group! Tell us more about ya. I can't believe you've been a member since 2003 and this is your first post. We must feel honored.

By the way, Dennis, I loved the rotation dialogue! How true it is!

My Dh suggested that once we are on the boat, we won't see much of the DIS group. Do you guys think this is true? Since we are linked for dinners, surely we will somewhat keep in touch. If nothing else, we will all see each other at the kino sandal shop. Right, girls?!

Deanna

...but we'll be on the 9/24 Magic, too. I'm travelling with 22 other family members (actually DH's family). It will be our 3rd DCL cruise but our first 7-day.

I don't know if this topic has been addressed before, but I'm going to post a question on the main board....is there any chance that since the Magic is going into drydock as soon as we disembark, do you think they'll give us a break and not make us disembark quite as early? That would be nice! :goodvibes

err---um--Deanna,

I don't think we'll have a problem not seeing each other....however, I think the other cruisers might have a tough time getting away from us..... :earboy2:

:jumping1: :jumping1: :dancer: :dancer: :rockband: :dancer: :dancer: :jumping1:

I had almost given up hope for today. When I returned from DD's soccer practice I noticed DD11 sitting with a small package on the couch. I asked her when did that come and got the usual 11 year old "I dont know".......ITS THE DOCS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HOORAY FOR KIM, HOORAY FOR KIM!

"I'm sailing! Dr Leo Marvin...I"M SAILING!!!! I too would like to enjoy my meals as much as Bob enjoyed Fae's fried chicken!!

So... should we be looking for someone wandering around the ship with a goldfish in a jar? :rotfl:

That was a funny funny movie...

That would be nice, but my guess is no....bummer

Just out of curiosity, did anyone watch that "Drydock" series on the Travel Channel?

Season  , please put your hand down sweetheart. I know you watched it -- I was the fat bald guy sitting next to you, remember? :rotfl:

Anyway, this show followed the drydock rennovation of the Sovereign of the Seas (which IIRC berths right next to the Disney ships). They had 23 days to essentially refurbish the whole freakin' ship. :earseek:

It was a good series... but if I ever hear the phrase "Bravo, Bravo, Bravo" come over the intercom I'm going to get just a bit worried. :scared:

Welcome to KarenB33! :wave2: I don't know the answer to your question, but I would say probably not. Those workers on that ship are going to be so anxious to get time off, they are going to be hustling us off that ship. I hope you are right though! You have such a big group! You will have so much fun. Where are you all traveling from? Do you live near one another? Anyone from the midwest?

Princess Olivia- Where are you traveling from? We need more midwesterners! Any chance of that?

Smilingmouse- I'm glad you will be making an effort to see the DIS group!

Uncle Servo- I didn't see the show!

Have a great night. It is 11:10 p.m. my time, Didi. I hope you are dreaming about the ship!

Deanna

OK, wait just one minute!!!... where is the prayer for ALL the ladies to lose weight?!? Heck, I'd be happy with a 'no gain' clause in the prayerQ :rotfl2:

Kidding aside, Ingrid - Sincerely, my prayers are with you as well. :flower3:

Kim - CONGRATS on your docs! :goodvibes :cheer2:

Deanna - I don't know about everyone else but I'm gonna party AND exercise! :jumping2: How's that for multi-tasking!

Larry/Erin - I agree thats bad news about the fitness center. I'm gonna be bummed if it's true. :sad1:

Yes, thank you - I AM nuts :crazy2: and sadly... proud of it!

Night Night, :faint:
Christine

P.S. You 'guys' make me smile and I look forward to meeting you all! :hyper2: :grouphug:

cujobugs....no one from the midwest, I'm afraid. We're from southern California, one family is from Seattle, one from NJ and two from PA. It's my husband's sister and cousins....and all our kids - ten second cousins in all. We very rarely all get together, so it should be great.

Nine days to go!!
