I just noticed a whole list of names when I could assign a member of our 'party' to pick the kids up from the club.

yep..that's where I saw the names too.
A question. Is there a way to view what's still open in terms of Palo reservations, without cancelling the one you have first? I noticed that when I made reservations, I could'nt go back and view what was available after that point. I'm assuming they set it up because you can only reserve one Palo dinner per cruise, right? My issue is..I want to see if there is a later opening for Palo on the night I reserved, but if I have to cancel what I have to go see what is still open, I run the risk of losing my original reservation, would'nt I?

GilesFamily - As of 8 pm, Palo Dinner for party of 1-2 available:
9/24 - 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30 pm
9/25 - 9 pm
9/28 - 6 pm, 6:30 pm
9/30 - 6, 6:30, 7:30, 8, 8:30, 9 pm

If I am doing it right, there were no openings for brunch or high tea at all. At least for a party of 1-2. Wow.

I may have to ask you to do this again tomorrow. I frantically looked for the res number to go back into the site, and left on my trip stuff at work!
I'll have to wait until tomorrow now. It's no big deal really if we can't change it, but we had made ressies at 7:30 and thought maybe it would make more sense to make it later, so that we don't miss any shows. It's Disney Dreams on the Thursday night?

No problem! Yes, it looks like Thursday night Palo is booked up, but I can check again tomorrow if you want me to. And if there still isn't one, just keep reminding me to look. People cancel or reschedule them all the time. Even if it comes time to leave for the cruise and you still don't have exactly what you want, call or go to Palo when you get onboard. They will put you on a waiting list. I'm not sure what show is on Thursday night.

Dennis - I have never heard of "New England Money cats". Maybe this means I will come into some "sweet moo-lah" soon? (A little "Napoleon Dynamite" reference there. I am a bit embarrassed to say that I LOVED that movie!!")

Good morning all, raining buckets in South Alabama this morning! Driving the poor puppy crazy! I've got lots of packing to do today. We leave for church camp in the morning (aawwhh, a week with no A/C and 90+degree temps, what more could anyone ask for!)so I've got a lot to do. I've been shopping all week to get everyone prepared. Clothes, snacks, bug spray, sunscreen, ... I'm sure I'm still forgetting something important! I'm sure I'll remember what I'm forgetting as soon as we arrive at camp in the middle of NOWHERE! Really, we had a good time last year, so this year should be even better. After camp, I'm picking up my three neices and bringing them home with me!(It will be one huge estrogen party!) DH may want to go off somewhere when I return! Poor thing, he even has a girl dog now too, he is sooo outnumbered!

Hope everybody has a great Friday. I'll try to check in before I leave in the morning, and then I'll be out of touch for a week.No Dis for a week, how will I survive?)

Since everyone is telling about their weekend plans, I thought I would report my own. No "spelunking", "camping" or "Dora the Explorer", but tomorrow the little DD is going to a birthday party, and then we are heading out to a "House-Warning" party (typo is intentional) for my big DD, and then the community league here is putting on a BBQ in the evening, ending with fireworks! It should be fun! Looks like the Dis board is going to be quiet these next few days.

Nothing exciting going on around here. Scrapbooking tomorrow with Girlfriends. I guess since I don't have any plans I should do some laundry, cleaning, yardwork etc...man I better come up with some plans fast ..

Dennis, I know you enjoy the heat SOO much we are hovering around 100 this week .

I'm stuck at home this weekend. My DH and DS are on a weekend trip to the lake to finish my son's scuba training. They are spending the entire weekend on a houseboat. How fun! And I get to miss all the fun.
I keep going to the disney site to finish up making ressies, but it is so darn slow that I keep giving up and getting off the site. What is the problem with that site? It drives me crazy.
I am hoping some other non-Americans join this group. So far just our comical Canadian! I would love to meet some people from other countries. So far Dennis gets the award for farthest to travel. Can you pack some extra moose nuggets for yourself, Dennis?

Well, my weekend plans consist of:
Baking peanut butter cookies (doing that now)
Cleaning the bathroom floor (that's next)
and reading Harry Potter 6 (tomorrow when mail arrives til I'm done with the book)
and doing 2 mystery shops (Sunday afternoon)
