Hi All,

David here typing for Kathy. I don't dare let her near my laptop in her current state. :earseek:

I now quote:

"Yes, I am a true blonde. My sister is not in her early twenties but will be 46 on September 25th of this year. Hey where will we all be on her birthday... Oh yeah. :rolleyes1 But I really shouldn't be telling her age because I'll be turning 40 in a few weeks.

Contrary to what my sister says, I do not cheat at cribbage. I'm just extrordinarily gifted (and lucky) and I can count faster than she can.

I love my sister very much and our vacation wouldn't be complete without her & her family.

Also, Is a cruise meant for extreme exercise routines (Diane) or resting and relaxing (everyone else)?"

Just for the record we do love each other. We've done WDW this same week for the last 4 years.

Gotta sleep now...

David

It's been a while since I posted so I thought I would pop in and say "Hello!!" to everyone and especially the newest members of our gang! :wave2: Things have gotten kinda hectic around here for the last few weeks and will be for the next couple, but I have got to get back in the swing of planning this vacation!! It will be here before I know it and I haven't even looked at excursions yet! Yikes!! And, I am getting frustrated everytime I look at Southwest's DING rates and Birmingham to Orlando is NOT on there!! :badpc: Now that ErinC is back from her impromptu trip to WDW, I know she will help get me back on the right track!! Well gotta run, another busy day tomorrow hosting a lingerie shower for a close friend whose getting married next month. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Good Morning All, :sunny:

I'm sitting here drinking my Blue Mountain Jamacian Coffee, the real stuff. Life is good

The hummingbird is hanging out on my deck with my flowers..... :teeth:

My cribbage partner and her wonderful husband are coming over for a visit today to teach me how not to count each peg  :rotfl:

On page 14 of the thread, hopefully I will get through them all today so I can better understand my duties. :wizard:

Have an awesome day. :wave2:

Now I know why David told me to check out this thread. :rotfl2: I give back the baton...... :wizard:

:rotfl2: ;) Okay, I'll take it on, David will provide the Champagne

I finally got the pub tour too. :drinking1

Trully I am a cheap date per my DH, :love2: after two drinks, I'm ready for a nap.

How is the treatment on the DLC if you have an event such as a :bday: ? Can I have Mickey greet me my stateroom? :earsgirl:

Hi Patrick,
My son, Spencer, is also 8 (he will turn 9 in August). He will be in 4th grade when we are on the cruise. Maybe the two of you will get a chance to meet in the club. He really likes Star Wars, Yu-Gi-Oh, finding Secret Codes for playstation2 which he got last Christmas and science stuff. I'm not sure if he still likes transformers as much as he did last year.

Jamie

Wow!!!
Happiness & Harmony everywhere over the Cribbage Czar honors! :rolleyes1

And all that LOVE  going around ... :rotfl2:

Personally, I am not one to worry about birthdays and "true colors". On a Disney Cruise ... aren't we all kids? If you let DCL know you are having a birthday or anniversary, they will have cake at dinner. Not sure about special Mickey visits. I would, however, like for DIDI to "act her age" when I kick her butt at cribbage. :rotfl2: Somehow, I think there has to be some "trophy" here. Will have to look around for something ... Do we need to set up a tournament sheet?

Beginning to look forward to this Pub Tour thing ... Guess I better figure it out!!! :confused3 And all because SmilingMouse asked about the bar service ... or something like that ... :rotfl:

Well, time to hit the yard chores ... More later

Dennis

Yo Patrick!!! :wave2: GREAT IRISH NAME!!! It's my middle name and the name of my Godson in Florida! Look forward to meeting you on the cruise!

DIDI - Check PM

Didi: Did you say Jamacian Blue Mountain???? My DH absolutley LOVES  it!!!!!!! We can't get it locally and I can't afford to buy much at at time....last I saw it was $50 per lb :earseek: He is coffee snob.....usually I try to get some for B-day or christmas........

David: We booked Captain marvins, have not done before but get great reviews. I can not get my DD's interested in Flat mickey either :confused3

We're finally done with sports, & most projects.....looking forward to Vegas next week

I don't know about all this "Exercise" talk.....I can tell you there is NO way I will be up at 5am or 6am to exercise on my vacation, NOT a morning person here don't function, or speak till that second cup of coffee :rotfl: :rotfl:

Bill

Congrats!!!!! Hopefully, you'll be back soon!!!

:sunny: I'm sitting on my deck with my Maine Coon Cat listening to the birds chirp. Now Patrick and I have some chatting to do.

Hi Kim, :wave2:

Your DH has outstanding taste in coffee. :goodvibes I have been blessed with a friend from my church who brought me back a couple of bags. It's cheaper in Jamacia. Next week I should also have two more. I just started a new job and a co-worker of mine who has become my best bud isout in Jamacia visiting her family. Since I am covering for her she is getting on my good side by providing me with the best coffee in the world!!!! puckerup:  Yes, I am having another cup right now. :goodvibes  :cloud9: Columbian is great too, :cloud9: we also have connections.........

How is the coffee on the cruise? :listen: I'm not to keen with the coffee at DW. I've actually have brought my own and brewed it. Okay maybe my DH and your DH and moi are bit snobbish here about our coffee!!!!!! :snooty:

I have already printed out work out sessions, they've got step, power walks, great abs, hips and thighs...... maybe I'll lose weight on this cruise.... :rotfl: I think they even have special stretches for your fingers to move those pegs.....I'm signing myself up right now!!! :rotfl2:

Hi Jamie, :wave2:

Wait one moment must go and replenish my coffee....... :cloud9: I'm back, those birds are real loud this morning!!! I see Spencer made the cutoff, both Patrick and Christopher missed it, Patrick's birthday is in November and Christopher is in September, Chris will be 9 on the cruise. Patrick has to wait a bit longer. The two cousins will be in 3rd grade. Here's Patrick...

Patrick sure does like those icons......

Hi Dennis,

I do think there should be some kind of trophy one for the loser.. :rotfl2: As for acting my age, it will never happen! :rotfl: :rotfl: I have to admit somedays it's really hard to get out of bed :dancer: !!!

Even though my DH has signed in to this thread, you all realize that I will still have to hold on to the :wizard: baton.

Everyone have a magical day... DiDi

Is it time to go yet??? :Pinkbounc

I'm sitting here while I try to beat my other PC into submission... :badpc:

I have to reinstall windows XP. I'm a computer geek and all, but this is no fun. :sad2:

Ah ha!! I need coffee. Lots of coffee...... :Pinkbounc  :sunny:

Type at you all later....

Hi, Di, Bill & Patrick...

Hello to any other lurkers out there. Come say hello. We wont give the baton to antone that doesn't want it. Honest.... :rolleyes1

Hi Spencer and Chris and the other kids,

I can't wait until we go on the cruise. :moped: I love Star Wars too. :smooth: I love to play lego Star Wars on PS2. :3dglasses I got a Game Cube for Christmas and I really like science. Do you want to make flubber with me in the lab? :bounce: I want to make a light blue one, what color do you want to make? Do you want to go swimming with the Sting Rays with me and Chris? I'm going to bring swimming goggles with me. Spencer, are you helping your mom with cruise plans too? :earboy2: :jumping1:

Bye Chris, I'll see you next weekend.

Bye Spencer, ask your mom if you can send a message!!! :badpc: :chat:  :crazy2: :

Hi Dennis, :teeth:

My whole name is Patrick Michael McEntee. I am IRISH! See you on the cruise. :cloud9: :earboy2: pirate: :bounce: :wave2:

:wave2: Morning All!!!

Just sitting here drinking "peasant stock" French Roast coffee, although Chrystina  tends to be a bit of a snob about it. Liking all sorts of brands and flavors ... Unfortunately, I do remember the early morning coffee pot tastes terrible. I think it is Nescafe?? I usually resort to mixing up some hot choclate and making a "fake mocha".

Well, speaking of coffee ... I'm off for another cup ... in my BIG Tigger Cup...
Have got some yard planting to do before it gets too warm here in the Chihuahan Desert.... Back Later ~ Have a great day.

Dennis

Hey mcentee,
I noticed a few postings back you had mentioned a Maine Coon cat. I absolutely ADORE those cats :lovestruc and we were almost going to pick one up from a breeder this Spring, however, at the present time our cat population in the house equals out to the human population. (3 cats) so a fourth one would have just been a wee bit on the eccentric side. We acquired a new member of our cat family last summer when my sister was out walking her dogs near the river and saw a 8 week old kitten swimming across the river towards them. So, the pushover that I am, we decided to adopt her. Incidentally, we called her Dory from Finding Nemo, cause she was such a good swimmer. Sadly, we suspect that it was the ole "kittens and rocks in the burlap bag", and fortunately she managed to escape. One of our other cats has 28 toes (just like Ernest Hemingway's cats), so needless to say, I'm planning on visiting Ernest's house at Key West just to look at the cats! (maybe I'll find a relative of his!)

Sorry to bore everyone with the cat talk. It's my second favourite topic of conversation next to trip planning!

mcentee..you must bring pictures of your cat! Better yet, pack the cat in your suitcase! (you think it would mind? ;) )

Wow! I'm gone for the weekend and you guys type up 2 1/2 pages! Hello to everyone!

GilesFamily- I absolutely adore cats as well. It is a problem!!

Hi All,

Where does the 4th person sleep in a Cat 6 stateroom?

Thanks,

David

David- I think there is a bed that pulls down from the wall?!? We never used it because Jack was still sleeping in the crib. I'm pretty sure this is right. The stateroom attendant would pull it down each night when they do the turn down service. It would be over the couchbed.
