deanna - Yep I am a spry 79. That wasn't a type-o. Hee hee!!

I read the seashell thread. Go, Ingrid, go!

didi- I missed you!!!!!!! Good to hear from you. And wow, it's snowing. Yuck. I'm so not ready for that. Give PB a big kiss for me. :magnify:

Toodles!

Julie

Hello,

Welcome back to the computer, Didi! Now that the 2007 dates are arriving, are either you or Julie considering a switch? Or are you sticking with the Sept. 30th?! I'm still trying to make big decisions on my end!

Happy halloween. Our family will be pirates this year! Go figure! Anyway I can save a buck!

Julie- Love that KC weather! I went to a friend's soccer game this morning and about froze. Put a lollipop stick in me, and I could've been an ice cream bar! Where is the Caribbean?!

Deanna

Honestly, I haven't even looked that much into the 07 rates like I should. I guess I just want to pay more!!!

Julie- did you notice this thread on taking sea shells? Even our friend Ingrid chimed in on this one! I just wanted you to read it due to our "experience". I'm staying "hush hush" on this one!

Well, ladies...I may have sounded self-righteous on that thread, but actually I was basing it on experience. Well..I'm safe at home now..so here goes our story about what happened at Paradise Beach:
Darren and Channi went out snorkeling..well, she was out on a floatie, and he was snorkeling...anyways...They start coming back to the beach and Channi is waving something in her hand, and she was all excited! When they finally came close enough, I noticed she had a starfish in her hand. She was telling me she was going to take it home and show it in class. Ok..now..to explain our mind-set...we can go to the B.C. coast and pull all sorts of things out of the water and it's perfectly "legal"...well, apparently, this isn't the case in Mexico. When one of the waiters saw what we had he told Darren that if he did'nt put the starfish back in the ocean "immediately" he could go to jail for it. And he proceeded to tell us the same goes for seashells as well. So we put it back *shrug*. Of course I was picturing what would happen if we had to deal with the Mexican police we saw when we came off the boat at Cozumel...with their guns and police dogs..and well, the picture was pretty scary.

Deanna...what was your experience? Just curious. If it's "hush hush" I understand, but just wondering if anyone else had something similar happen like we did.

Hi All, :sunny:

Well, we got about an inch of accumulation on the ground yesterday of snow. Then it rained. Today we should have weather in the 62 degree range. You've got to love NE!!!

I heard that the 2007 rates are terribly high. I'm not sure about the date, I still haven't made up my mind. I have mentioned to the family that I am planning to do two weeks. One week at DW and then the cruise in order to rest. I loved the cruise but I missed the parks. I don't think Kathy and David will do the two weeks, but that's okay. It would be fun just to go with our small family unit. Hopefully Patrick will get the courage to go on the Rock and Roll Coaster with me.

You know, I picked up a hand full of shells and thought won't this be great to bring home. Then David told me that he read on a thread that you can't bring any home that it was against the law. I put them down but I thought that was really dumb. A small shell, why couldn't you take one home. If you did, would it mutate into a giant eating shell and destory the world...NO!!! Well I should be in jail for the rest of my life, I have many shells from other beaches. pirate:

Well tomorrow is Halloween, Patrick is dressing up as an Alien. I get to dole out the candy to all the cute little kids. It should be around 65 degrees on Monday, a big change from the snow squall we had yesterday. Bill will take him from house to house.

Well, it's time for my coffee.. :cloud9: Julie are you still pumping yourself up with a hot delicous cup of java every morning? :cloud9:

Erin, I finally got my pictures developed. I will forward you copies of any pictures of you and your family. Would you also like a sunrise shot too? :sunny: I was up many mornings taking sunrise shots while walking. :cool1:

Kim, haven't looked for the French Press yet, but that is on my hit list. I've been straight out since we have been back. The French Press will be a nice Christmas gift for me and Bill. I'm drinking Dunkin D's coffee this morning, my girlfriend gave us a bag of beans as a gift. Not my Jamacian Blue, but it's hot and good.

Missing you all. Talk to you later.

DiDi :grouphug:

By the way, I finished a bottle of water while at the Tulan Ruins and then took a swim with my hubby. I took that water bottle and filled it with sand and ocean water. I went right in to the ship with no problem. I have that bottle of sand and water on my counter. Come and arrest me. ;) :rotfl:

DiDi

BOO!!! ~ Happy Halloween!!!

DIDI ~ If taking a shell is a crime, I am an International Criminal! You really want to see the collection of shells ~ some quite exotic & LARGE!!!

I have come up wigth the solution for crusie costs! Franchise! Looking into buying a Cruise Franchise ~ Work is kinda boring ... Not enuf to stay busy!

Be safe everyone ...

Hi all. Quickly checking in, headed out to Vegas tomorrow. Trying to get the 2 oldest kids packed and ready to go to the aunts house. Then probably around midnight, I'll start packing for Addison and I. (Chad is on his own)Our flight leaves around 7:40 from Pensacola (an hour drive). I'll be up with DiDi in the morning! :flower:

DiDi, I'll take whatever pics you have. I'm still sulking about mine! Chad did find a back up of some business financial stuff, so he is a little happier. Since he lost all our personal financial stuff, he's had a hard time keeping track of how much I've used my debit card lately! :teeth:

Well, I must go scrub the toilet before picking the the kids up from school. Just in case some trick or treater needs it! Check in with you all soon! Erin

Hello Everyone,

Didi glad to see you back. I considered bringing some small shells home myself :confused3

Deanna: Molly and I were pirates last night too :teeth: .

Crazy busy here with final sports events, school, dentist appts, and work.

Erin have a blast in Vegas, I want to hear all about it when you get back........don't worry we won't tell anyone :teeth:

Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween.
Can you believe christmas is only 8wks away???? :earseek: :earseek:

New washer is coming today.......uuuugggghhhhh!!!!!

Hola!

Hope everyone is doing great! :goodvibes

We had a fun Halloween last night - Bailey was Jessie (the cowgirl from Toy Story 2) and Jack was Buzz Lightyear. It was cold, but they were more than happy to stay out trick-or-treating!

Erin - Have fun in Vegas, Baby! Don't do anything crazy (like get married)!

Adios!

Com esta Amigo? Mucho BuenO!!!

Pretty poor huh? :rotfl2: MUST learn to speak Spanish if I am going to spend any length of time in ELP!!! Population is 68% Mexican-Spanish-Latino! That number goes up to about 86% if you include Juarez - just iver the border!

Okay ... well ... off to work. :confused3

Hi friends:

I have a favor to ask: Wendy's has a new promotion where you can send in coupons from certain drink cups to get AirTran points. IF you live in an area that isn't serviced by AirTran OR don't think you are flying on AirTran, would you consider saving them and sending them to me? The cups are clearly marked and the coupon is obvious. I would be more than happy to reimburse you. If you remember, I won 1 flight a few weeks ago and now need to scrounge up enough coupons to send in so the other ThreeFoxes can get to Florida for our next visit with Mickey!

Thanks for keeping me in mind!
Jamie

Hola!!

I hope everyone is doing well. Work has been very busy so I haven't had a chance to send another e-mail.

Oh boy, lots of leaves on the ground outside. I'm gonna be busy today too!

Take Care!

David, Kathy & the boys

How sad, Patrick's last soccer game was today. The team one!!! Great Fall day over here. Erin, I'm working on the pics for you.

Sending everyone a hug. Jamie, I'm not sure I can help you with the coupons for TranAir. Maybe we'll go to Wendy's and get some lunch, I'll check it out for you.

Didi

The deck has the table and chairs out, so out I must go to pay the bills.

What a horrid sight to look at the credit cards after the cruise. :scared:

Got to go. :moped:

Hola mis amigos divertidos!

How is everyone doing?

Jamie - I will look for the Wendy's stuff for you and send it if I accumulate any. Good luck!

Today is Bailey's last soccer game until Spring league starts. We will miss it!

Hope all is well with everyone!

:grouphug:

Hey everyone!!!

I just wanted to drop in for a few minutes and see what everyone has been
up to. Things have been crazy in my world. I got my car back last week
I was so excited!!! Someone at work told me that every time I wreck my
car it looks better that I needed to total it :confused3 I don't think I am
up for that just yet! Eric lost his job so he has been job hunting like
crazy so hopefully things will work out for him pretty soon.
Everyone say a little prayer for him if ya have an extra minute!
Mac had a blast trick or treating this year. Of course he was a pirate:
and he started saying trick or treat before he even got up the drive way.
It was so cute!

Hugs to everyone :grouphug: I hope everyone is doing great!

Well ... 77 degrees in ELP today. :sunny: NOW this is the way to do the cold months! As much as I love Alaska, I do not miss the cold. :cold: That's probably a good thing since I sold the Condo and my will be shipped to San Antonio for Chrystina  to use for her ANG duty. Wait til she gets home tommorrow and finds out I bought a new car for myself. :rotfl2: Finally! Have only been talking about it for months. Of course, now that I am home, Chrystina  is gone for duty about 50% of the time. :confused3

Work is beginning to take over my life again but hopefully not for too long. Probably going to go ahead with plans to open my own business after the beginning of the new year. Like I don't keep busy enough now :rolleyes1 Just something to keep me busier... :rolleyes1 Golf swing is improving but I haven't touched a fishing pole in months now. :confused3 Have not been able to find where those sand trout are. :rolleyes1 The "rented kid" has asked if he can come visit next summer. :earseek: He wants to go to Roswell, NM. Boy, will he be suprised.

Well, back to my homework ... And just in case anyone was wondering...

Mac will keep you in our prayers for your situation
Julie so are you a native Spanish speaker or is it just the tequilla ;)
DennisDH is considering taking the kids to do some Winter Trout fishing around here. :teeth: BTW thanks for the Christmas countdown, say :wave2: to Chrystina

miss y'all

Hello all! Just returned from Vegas. I'm exhausted and 2 of my 3 kids are sick! Addison came back from Vegas with a fever(again) and Holland was here with my SIL and has a fever and headache. So we will head to the doctor in the morning. I am glad to be back home, and hopefully I can finally unpack my suitcase for a little while.

David- thanks for the email, I enjoy keeping up with everybody.

Season-sorry to hear about Eric's job, hopefully that will change for you soon.

Seems like everybody's soccer season is over. We missed Briley's playoff game while we were gone to Vegas. She got to play, but we weren't here to see it. (I was feeling so guilty). She is so sad that her season is over, and can't wait until spring soccer.

Well I need to go and reintroduce myself to the kitchen, no casino buffet tonight! :rotfl:
