Since those "people" are on "our ship", does anyone know anyone who is on it this week ??? I was wondering which Pixar characters were aboard, how full the ship is, and what was the exclusive things to buy ( so I could budget accordingly -ha ha !!):banana::banana::rotfl2:
Posted to FB too - but yes PIxar characters so far - Dug, Russell, Carl, Frozone, Mr. Incredible.... I have a friend onboard and those are the pics she has posted so far.

I will be on deck... Mimosas sound fabulous!

Is there orange juice at the drink stations or will the continental breakfast in the buffet be set up that early? We can bring a bottle of champagne for mixing. I'll pour it into a pitcher in the morning and stick it in my bag for easy bartending.

Not sure. Will have to check on that right away or stash some in the "cooler" the day before.

Woo Hoo - sounds like a fun early morning meet-up is in the works. Ohh, I love mimosas.
I'm not sure what time they open for breakfast though and I don't remember if there is juice at the beverage station. Hum...

Suitcase downstairs now.........hmmmm what to pack......:rotfl2: Marie is waiting for hers to arrive at my house today......she so wants to pack.:confused3

Sounds like it is a fun time aboard the ship with those on right now...Soon it will be our turn..........:moped:

On the deck early in the morning.........I'm their......:wave2:

We have early dining as we all eat around 6pm at home. We'll try and stick to what's normal but having been away from home for nearly 2 weeks now, we have no normal. Oli doesn't really want to eat unless I cook him something and thinks I should just use the Wonder kitchen to make him bacon the NZ way, Vegemite sandwiches (Mummy forgot the Vegemite) etc etc. Oh boy.:rolleyes2

We went to Disneyland last night. So much better than during the day when it's sizzling hot and the kids are cranky by noon. We did the morning and retired to swim for the afternoon and went back later. At 1850 we walked right on Pirates of the Carribean, which the kids loved. Then we had a five minute walk to go in the Halloween Haunted Mansion ride - Oli laughed like a drain and Alex was scared witless, so we went on Its A Small World after a five minute wait. The park was 'quiet' all day yesterday - no FP for Autopia as it was a 'slow day' (looked busy to us but we have less people in our whole country than Orange County).

We've found that now Alex has normalised, he's not so worried about what time dinner is but he sure as eggs wakes up at 6AM EVERY morning. I'll send him down to Auntie Patti to wake her up for the GG Bridge - he's great with maps and once I've shown him a place once he's able to get there on his own. :rotfl2:

Tell him that I would love to be his date to watch our arrival in San Francisco!!! But warn him that at that time of the morning...probably with no make-up...I might be scarier than the characters in the Haunted Mansion :lmao:

Oh...keep an eye on the news. I saw this morning that they will be flying the Space Shuttle (well, the airplane carrying it) over Disneyland on Friday morning. I'll see if I can find a time for you. What a cool thing to see!!!!

, Vegemite sandwiches (Mummy forgot the Vegemite) etc etc. Oh boy.:rolleyes2

I am like 99% sure I have seen Vegemite at the Cost Plus World Market a mile from me- do you want me to swing in and grab and jar of it for you??--its made by Kraft- is that the same thing as back home for you guys??

Marian, sounds like you guys are having fun!

We are also doing early dining. We are coming from the East Coast so I'm a bit worried DD will be up at the crack of dawn and zonked at night, so it probably is better to get the meal out of the way. :crazy2:

3 more sleeps for us, although I can barely sleep at night due to excitement and the million things running around my head.

Safe travels to all that are making their way to LA soon!

Just curious....how many with little ones (my dd is 3) have main seating for dinner?? Has anyone ever done the late seating with the younger ones?? We have main. I'm just hoping its not too early.

We always get main if we can. 8:00 is too late for my kids to wait to eat dinner. They usually go to bed around 8:30, though we let them stay up til 9:30 or 10:00 on vacation.

One day closer!!

DH purchased Giants tickets today so we are going to the baseball game Tuesday evening. Should be fun- and after a morning of treking in Muir Woods, the sitting at the game will be a welcome respite I am sure. Just need to get the transportation all ironed out. But then again, he found us on Facebook so could be that is even all ironed out by now. In our 12 years of cruising - this is the first thing he has planned - he even ordered the tickets! What a guy:cool1:!!

Love to join you guys on deck to pass under the GG bridge. Oh, and I'm from So CA too! Ha, ha!

I am up (well, that will remain to be seen) for a group gathering to go under the bridge. I will stop in the Cove for coffee. And, I wonder if room service would bring you all a pitcher of OJ - or several of you. I can't do that in the morning - my stomach will be in knots all day.

Did we determine a time and spot?

Nope, we haven't yet. I guess we can do that at the group meet so everyone has time to check out the ship and see where the best place to meet is.
