Here's a hint: the #8 is not our favorite number right now.

I think that we'll be okay. Looking at timing and track, it could very well pass before the cruise. (Hope I didn't spoil the surprise. )

Got cruise docs yesterday, but didn't get to look at them until now! I did all on-line info already, so there are just luggage tags and two booklets with our names, bar codes and a few pages with restrictions, etc. Should we have received dining assignments, or do we get then when we check in?

We're so close now . . .

We will get our dining assignments when we check in. They will be on our room keys. There will also be dining tickets in the stateroom. Take the tickets with you, at least the first night, it makes things easier.

Add in the fact that they seem to be buying into a more northerly track now for this thing, and I feel a little better. Not time to totally relax yet, but I like the new course alot more.

had to give us a little bump, we were falling off of page 2. And with only 8 days left, can anyone say Bahama Mama? Did our pre-cruise alcohol shopping yesterday...Now just have to pack it safely in the carry-on.

Still eyeing the storm in the Atlantic which is now a tropical depression, with max winds of 35 mph. Keep your fingers crossed.

We received our docs. Cabin 5631. I'm nervous about leaving on Sunday. We usually leave the day before but because of Yom Kippur we can't leave until Sunday. The 23rd is my birthday and I'll be ** (older) lol. DD Lindsay will be 20 on the 26th so this is to celebrate both of our birthdays. After just doing the 14 day Disney Transatlantic cruise 2 weeks ago, I just want to enjoy the ship and the people.

We have late dining and would like to linked up for dining, if possible. We have the 8pm seating but we wanted the early dining. We arriving on the 23rd (from Philly) and leaving on the 27th. Wish we could stay longer but can't.

i wish i just came off a 14 day ride. I am just about packed. I feel like a child waiting for christmas. I am ready for the r and r. The stress free days is the best part for me. I hope to meet some of ya'll.

It has begun, the official packing has started. I am just about finished. You know, just throw everything in the bag, and shake it out when you get there. My DW on the other hand is folding and re-folding all of her outfits.

I'm trying to figure out how to pack all of the alcohol so it doesn't break. Wrap and re-wrap. Anyway, 7 days and counting. This time next week we'll be onboard enjoying a cocktail and RELAXING!!!!

Next week, at this time, we should be on the ship, unpacked, and drinking a Bahama Mama around the pool. Who's going to join me before the meet? I'm usually initially very shy but the "Mouse" brings out the "goofy ness" in me.

Are you checking the alcohol or carrying it on? I've got 2 bottles but I was planning on carrying them on. That bag's gonna weigh a ton. It'll have a bottle of champagne, a bottle of Amaretto, and my laptop all in it.

7 days, folks. Of course, I'm counting down to when we leave, which is Friday.

Hey Mozart,

We are carrying all of the alcohol in the carry-ons. I don't trust the porters to be gentle with the bags, so we carry them.

6 days and counting. I told my staff today that I was "Already on vacation, so unless the builing was burning down don't bother me." So it has begun, the official withdrawal from reality and the transition to VACATION!!!!

Just a note for anyone trying to make spa reservations. We've decided to make some last minute changes to our spa reservations (fortunate what we wanted was still available.) There's a few times that will be open as a result, including a 2 PM Couples Cabana Massage. Just figured I would pass it along for anyone who hasn't been able to get what they want.

good call, I did the cabana massage once. I did not like it. I could not get the sand off and it hurt. I get a massage once a week so maybe my girl has me to use to her or some things are just better left as a dream
