This will be our first Disney Cruise and my DS very first cruise! I requested to be added to the FB group but have not been approved yet. We can not wait! We are counting the days!!!

Looking at the site I booked the cruise through it looks like there are still a lot of rooms left.

My son is going to get his phone call from Mickey on Tuesday evening for his 9th birthday. I will take pictures of his reaction and post them. It has been driving me crazy not being able to talk about the vacation in front of him.

My DH said something about the trip last week but I don't think my DS was paying attention.

Good to know....hoping that we don't have a full ship (maybe lines will be shorter and things will be less crowded

The Disney Dream will feature Halloween on the High Seas Cruises from 9/22 - 10/31/13.

There will be special Halloween decor, a huge pumpkin tree in the atrium, trick or treating with Disney characters, marching in a costume parade, a Mousequerade deck party, a Nightmare Before Christmas Sing and Scream show, an adult costume contest and villain takeover in Evolultion Night Club, a Mousequerade deck party and a Nightmare Before Christmas Sing and Scream show.

Kids will enjoy the trick or treat hunt searching multiple decks and visiting different treat stations to collect candy.

Haunted Parties for kids and teens - The Disney characters will be wearing their costumes, so make sure you dress up too!

Adult can join in on the fun with a late night costume contest and party.
Spooky Movies will be shown in the Buena Vista Theatre, the Ariel Vision screen and in staterooms.

The Disney Cruise Line chefs work their magic in the kitchen on some special Halloween treats.

NOTE: NO WEAPONS ALLOWED. If you plan on being a pirate, leave your plastic cutlass at home as no weapon, real or fake, is permitted

Anyhow, when do people find out about their cabin numbers?

GTY is a guarenteed room assignment. DCL will over book a category (say 7A with the navigator Verandah) So You bought 7a, there are 26 available staterooms in 7a but they sold 150. So that means you are guarenteed at LEAST a 7A category stateroom cause that is what you paid for. You could get an upgrade.

From what I've seen you usually find out your assignments around 55 days out. so in about 10 or so... (Crossing fingers) I'm excited for this trip! and want to know what GTY room we're getting.

FINAL LIST TO COME ON JULY 23rd

I combined both list into one file, to see your list look at the bottom of your spread sheet and click on your group. At this time both groups have 20 cabins (WOW) and about the same number of people. I will put the FINAL list out on July 23! PLease look for corrections and INBOX them to me also let me know what group you are in that needs to be fixed. Please let me know these corrections BEFORE the 23rd. If you have sent corrections and i have not done them i apologize please send again!!
