Sept 21 Tuesday...wanna meet at MK. first post updated with info

I had a feeling that would be the day most of us would be in the MK since it's the only night there will be Spectro. Let us know what is decided and we will try to work it in too Looks like there are a lot of us

We live locally & love to come down for DIS MEETS! We'd love to meet you!
I think it would be good to meet somewhere in the afternoon for a break & a chance to visit some. I like the idea of the lime green flag on the table! Those who want to do a ride together could do so.
We could also meet later for Spectro & Wishes. We like to watch Spectro from Frontierland because it's not so crowded there. It shouldn't be too bad in Sept, though. As for Wishes, it's best from in front of the castle because they project images on to the castle during the show you can't see from Frontierland, & you can't see Tink fly from there, either. One thing about night meets - it can be harder to spot each other in the dark, especially if it's crowded, so we should pick a spot that's easy for everyone to find if we're going to see Spectro/Wishes together. The lime green flag might be good for that, too!
BTE, Spectro does start from the front of the park, & very few people will leave after the parade if they know Wishes is coming.
No matter how many times I see Wishes, I always get teary-eyed! I really hope that never changes......

That is the day we plan to visit MK. We are staying at AKL so POP wouldn't work well. Name the place and time in MK and we will try to be there, although we are working around a 4 year old. Oh boy...we can't wait. Today we made a paper chain to count the days for our grandson....he is SOOO excited. He will run up and hug us and say "I'm going to Disney World"! His mommy and daddy are jealous!

Ok so we know Sept 21st is the day...
Lets see what else we can do to let everyone get a chnane to say HI

AFTERNOON BREAK...1:30 pm Cosmic Rays
Stop and say HI, grab a drink, have lunch

SPECTROMAGIC PARADE...meet in Frontierland/Liberty Square (starting at 7pm-parade time) in front of the Country Bear Jamboree? Is there enough space there? I think so l, we can spread out and save as much as possible for the people who make it there right before the parade.

WISHES..This might be a bit tougher with everyone wanting to be on Main St . We can attempt to go from the parade spot thru Frontierland and into the hub. That side of the hub should not be too full because the parade does not actually go around that section.

GOODNIGHT KISS...We can stand there and say haow nice it was to meet everyone as the castle gives us a beautiful reminder of where magic lives.



OK>>>time for some more input from everyone who will be around on the 21st. We will have to take pictures of all of us together so we can share them with the rest of the DISboarders when we get home.

Let me know if you think we should change anything or if anything would be easier a different way.

I would like to keep these as options. That way if you miss the afternoon break because you are on the other side of MK you can still meet up with us for a parade. There are 4 in my party and I will have a green flag...not huge but you might have to look for an 11 year old waving it around to attract attention to herself, shes good at that.

I hope most people can make the Spectro parade time. I would think that is the easiet thing to plan on.

We have PS at LTT @ 5:45 so I will look out for everyone at Spectro, Wishes and the Goodnight kiss - I need to run out and get something lime green for my backpack. I think I get more excited about the trip than DS

I will be at LTT for a 5:15 PS. I'm doing a solo trip, but meeting some friends for supper. I'll have a huge navy fanny pack with a dis button attached. See you there!!!

We have a 1:00 PS at Cinderella's , but we will probably be able to meet for the Wishes showing and possibly Spectro. If we miss Spectro, is there any way of knowing where the group will be for Wishes? I'll have a hot pink backpack and my lime green Mickey tag from Home Depot. DBF and I are very tall so we shouldn't be hard to miss
