Diva K, when you go for the Mucinex, and I should have thought of that as I use it, do not get the WM generic kind. If you read the back you see that you have to take four times as many pills of the WM brand so you are not saving any money. I learned that the hard way. They make Meth out of the cold tabs. At least that is what I read. If folks used their brain power for good they would be a whole lot better off IMHO.
Ang, there are few folks you can talk religion or politics with. Most folks sort of pick their team and root for them no matter what. I think in layers and it gets me in trouble. I argue with myself and do not always win.
It is sad cause I can learn from others ideas, if they are thoughtful ones. I am sorry things have not improved with your friend. I have a few folks who email me and send me the worst stuff and I just use the delete button and leave them to their ideas while I keep mine.
Pooh, a mini meet! With you three you could easily turn it into the meet of the century though. I am lucky enough to live near many of my Disney loving friends. I have been on one thread for EIGHT years and we are bosom buddies. All but one lives within rock throwing distance of me. Wish you could all be at Disney though.
I think you might be right about why the cable companies are being so much more obnoxious. I have read that the government is checking into the fact that the cable companies are raising their prices for this reason. Doubt anyone will do anything. As the economy weakens and folks start downgrading service or even dropping it they may reconsider. There is a thread on the DIS on this subject.
M2E, I sincerely hope the lady in question, with the autistic child, was just having a moment and did not really feel that way, at least often. Being an unwanted child scars one forever. Maybe reading the reactions gave her a 'come to glory' moment. I hope. BTW, I once read a thread where the poster said they did not like WDW because there were too many children there!
Timmie, glad you have slush but we have pure ice, inches of it still. Going to warm up tomorrow though, I hope. Not even going to the ballgame today. I cannot afford to fall. I do not bounce. My grandson spent the past few days here so he should not feel too unloved. The big guy was in the paper as his class made a huge solar panel out of pop cans. He is so proud of himself, as am I.
MsDisney, glad to see you round these parts. Having a trip to look forward to always makes time go faster, especially if you have a lot of work to do beforehand.
I am thinking of my neighbors to the south (KY) who are having a terrible time of it. It just seems wrong that such should be going on in this country. My family in Ohio is having problems too but I cannot get them to come here.

Way too many posts for me to catch up, but miss all of you. We are now in the 8 months & counting mode
. I am almost wising it was the new counter service, I'd like to use all those snack credits at F&W. 
We have used up all our snow days & have to go to school into June
. February should bring lots of "fog delays", it maybe 4th of July before we are done
just to keep you on your toes
