Sept 20,2011 Wonder Repositioning Cruise

I am not sure. I was on the phone today and she told me to keep checking...

As soon as one opens up I am going to hold it and then get my TA to fix it.

We are really excited for this cruise and want our baby to join us.

Welcome to the group :)
I wonder what the max number of infants is on the boats anyways??
Wow that's weird. I know they have a max number of children for each deck/section but I didn't realize they have a maximum for the entire boat.
Plus with the pricing it seems like this cruise is not very full so maybe that means its filling up? A friend of ours has been thinking about getting his own room instead of squishing in with us where he's currently booked, so hopefully there's still room left! (Not that we'd mind - we don't plan on spending much time in the stateroom which is why we booked it that way.)
Also glad to see that there's going to be other people with kids - when I first joined this meet it seemed like it was mostly adults, and I was looking forward to DS4 having fun with some kids his own age.

How could they not have room for a baby??? :confused3

I was wondering this myself! I had no idea there were limits.

I swooned at the idea cruising to Hawaii too...but 14 days..:scared1: I've never even taken a vacation that long!

Crystal: Hi :wave2:

Let me reintroduce myself to you. My daughter Tara and I will be on board. She and I have been going to Disney regularly for the last 7 years or so. (she's 25 now and I'm mmmmmumble mumble ;))
This will be her first cruise and only my second!
Here's a pic of our mugs:

Hi :)
That's wonderful that you and your daughter have been able to go to Disney together for the last 7 years! You must have a wonderful relationship.

This will be a 2nd cruise for our group. Our first was just a 3-night Bahamas on the Wonder in Sept 09. We had such a great time, I've been looking to book another cruise ever since!

I can't wait until September, as much as I LOVE summer, I really wanna cruise NOW, lol. :cool1:

I am very fortunate, and grateful too.

Tara and I have a great relationship. Our Disney trips are a hoot!
She's finishing up her degree and works in Youth Ministry...she's busy ALL the time!...So we grab those moments when we can.

I have an older daughter too...she's married and teaches. She (GASP!!!) hates Disney!!! So she and I find other ways to connect! :thumbsup2

Never knew that there was a limit either for kids on a boat... have to say my jaw dropped... Especially for the chance for Disney to make more money. I really hope you can bring your little one... I'm very excited for the chance to take my little one on this trip. She will be 10 plus months when we take the cruise. Our room would also be interested in the FE exchange from everything else I have read on here about them I think it would be fun to do. So our room is made up two adult... Justin and Joy and our little one Holly. (rm: 6313) Well I hope everyone keeps active on here as we get closer to our cruise

I just reserved a spot on this trip so I'll be joining you all. :thumbsup2

Welcome to the group!
I'm Crystal (travelling with DH, DS(4) and DD(will be 1), as well as my mom and brother).

Hi Janice and Crystal thanks for your warm welcome. My name is Luis and I am from Redondo Beach which is only minutes from the Los Angeles Port. I'm single, no children and traveling alone.

I see you've sailed the Wonder and the Magic....do you have a favorite?

If I had to pick a favorite I would say the Magic, but maybe that's because the trip was 15 days. I am really looking forward to sailing on the maiden voyage for the Fantasy next year. What about you Rosiep do you have a fav?

I've only sailed on the Dream...she was magnificent. I'm looking forward to seeing what a classic Disney ship is like. I can't imagine not loving it too.

We have booked the Dream for a Spring Break cruise next March, would have liked to do the MV of the Fantasy-it seems quite a few WBTA cruisers will be on that one-but Spring Break is the first two weeks of March next year and Trevor will have to miss school to go on this cruise....

Luis, 15 days on the Magic was pretty awesome, wasn't it?-loved those sea days

I feel the same about the Fantasy when I sail on the maiden voyage in March. I think I'm going to be in for a shock considering the Dream & Fantasy are 40% larger than the Magic & Wonder. When you sailed on the Dream was it on the maiden voyage?

15 days on the Magic was heaven and yes I love sea days, but I'm extremely excited about the Fantasy.

We were it's third official voyage on Feb. 5th. I found it to be very user friendly and not overly crowded...but then again, I sailed w/o kids and I think those areas had a more frenetic feel to them....maybe that's the way it is on all the ships.

How about it guys: Do you sail with or without kids?

Do you think Disney does a good job of making all areas as relaxing as possible?

I often thought of how different the experience might be with children...
