MY TURN.... Sorry that I haven't had time to post. Working lots of hours. Anyway....
We woke up the morning of debarkation to a very excited 4 year old who couldn't wait to see Mickey! We had everything packed and had to load it into the van. We loaded up ouur 2 dogs and brought them to my brother's house for babysitting. Off we went. Or so we thought. We had forgotten the garment bag in the dining room and had to go back and get it. Then we realized that we had set off bug bombs in the house because of the spiders that all the rain from the hurricanes chased into our house.! Luckily, my husband teaches a class in personal protective gear for biohazardous attacks and had his gear in the trunk of his car. Much to our neighbors surprise, he suited up and in he went to get our bag. Then we were off to the port. The day was beautiful and we had a very nice drive. It takes us about an hour and a half to get there from Port Orange. Logan couldn't wait to see the big boat and started hooting when he saw a glimpse of the boat from the roadway. Logan and I were dropped off at the terminal and DH went to park the car. We had all our paperwork ready and sign in was a breeze. Logan watched a little television until it was time for us to go through the big Mickey ears. The greeting was great and our first glimpse of the lobby was breathtaking! We went to eat in Parrot's Cay and then went to the Mickey pool so that Logan could swim until our room was ready. We had dinner at Palo that night and dropped Logan off at the kids club. Palo was incredible! Logan unfortunately did not like being at the kids club and we were paged. He agreed to wait until dinner was over and we went to get him. We went to see Hercules and enjoyed it probably more than Logan did. Then we went to the deck party. Logan agreed to try the kids club again and we went to wavebands for a while and danced. Our day was close to perfect.

Hey! Guess what I got? My dh and I recieved 7 day passes to WDW from work for our work during the hurricanes so guess where we will be during the Thanksgiving weekend and the weekend before! Yeah! Its not the Wonder but it'll doo until we can sail again!

Oh I am soo jealous eeyorefan! You deserve them though!

Taeja, I have not even begun to think about packing. I am sure I will be running around here Thanksgiving night like a chicken with out its head.

We are gettting excited but right now, believe it or not it still seems so far off. And thinking of packing for 6 people makes me cringe. It sure was a lot easier to pack for just DH and I on our cruise.
Leonor, if you want me to get that pillowcase done for, I would suggest mailing it to me soon.
Faith, please let me know what it was that you wanted me to pick up for you.

Leonor, I never got topost the pic of the pillowcase, as a coworker of mine went to the Ukraine to adopt a child, and I lent him my camera. I forget that he was going to gone for halloween so I didnt even get any good pics of the kids in their costumes.
Did you all get any pics of your little trick or treaters? Care to share them?

I would love to see you there. It has a chit chat board, money saving board, etc etc I mostly yak it up on the chit chat board. It is a nice group of ladies over there. They think my love for Disney is an oddity ! LOL

PS I just noticed something we all should be proud of! I started this thread in January, I think. and we have almost as many replies as the thread I started in October of last year for my upcoming cruise! Can we talk or what??????

Sorry ladies I had mid terms this week and my brain isn't running too well right now. I really think that you can study too much! Too top it off my best friend called me last night and she was a little tippsiy. . She is having a hard time with the company she works for and she turned to the drink. Which she never does, she's a light weight drinker like me. So I volenteered to open her candy store this morning so she could sleep in. Soooo tired. Soooo (can't think of another word to describe how tired)..... But I promise I will be back tomorrow to catch up with everyone!

That was posted by Jennifer on page 34 regarding one of Dizneprincess's upcoming cruise and look at Jen now, planning another cruise. You go girl! Good thing your DH caught the Disney cruise bug!

I was sludging through looking for your posts about cookware. I'm going to start seriously investigating each brand of cookware. Thanks all for your recommendations!

This busy week is FINALLY over! Wooo hooooo!!! I'm looking forward to a weekend of hopeful peace at home..... I do have some homework to do for my class and will try to do that this weekend.



Hey Amanda... If I wanted you to pick up something for me on the cruise, how would I need to send you the $$??? I am thinking about suprising my DS with the Mickey & Firefighter statue..... He wanted it while we were on board as he LOVES firefighters (plus that is the theme of his room!) and now LOVES mickey mouse!
