Unfortunatly I can't change my countdown yet. We have to wait until after christmas to put the money down on our next cruise. We just paid off the honeymoon today and oh man what a great feeling this is! I just hope we don't get hit with some crazy price that's far above what we are expecting. If it is well then I will just have to......pay it and forget to tell DH about the difference! Well ladies I need to get ready for my day. I hope everyone has a nice day and if you run across a veteren or anyone who has or is in the military say thanks today! We appreciate it!

Don't count me out either yet! My whole family has the flu so I haven't been very computer active, just lazy. I'm also working 60-70 hours a week in order to get some extra cash for my RCCL cruise in a few weeks. Just me and hubby and our best friends. No kids! Okay spa, here I come!!! We are also getting ready to spend the 20th, 21st, 26th, 17th, and 28th at WDW. Thanksgiving is at our house this year so we have been busy busy busy. We are going to be taking a family reunion cruise next fall but we don't know which cruise line yet. I am researching already. There are a few in our party that can't afford DCL, so thats probaby out. I'll keep checking though.
Has anyone heard from Lilpooter (Faith)?

Dizneprincess, have you heard from Faith? You're picking up a watch for her right? A while back I saw a post that Faith left on a thread I was reading, but other than that, I haven't heard from her in a while.

There's a ray of hope in our house. My son was asking my DH about going back on the Mickey boat, my DH said, if you can find $2000. sure we'll think about going again. Now I just have to find the $2000. Wooohoo!

I live in Port Orange which is just south of Daytona Beach. I am about 70 miles away from WDW. Its great! Being a Florida resident gets you a lot of discounts. Its definately hard not to take it for granted. DH and I have a timeshare right outside of the WDW gates too so that makes it even better.

I wonder if other people reading the title of this thread seem to think this may be for 09-19-05! LOL Wouldnt it be a trip if our thread was still around by then? I am thinking of rebooking onboard another September cruise. I am thinking about the excat same dayes since we had such wonderful luck with our cruise, didnt we?

I checked to see when Lilpooter (Faith) 's latest post was and it was on our board. I hope all is well with her.

I sliced my index finger today. It's effecting my typing- Oouch, you know me, I'll find a way through the pain to type to you guys!

My parents are coming from Calif. in a couple days. So, I'll be busy (procrastinating to deep clean) preping for their visit 'til Wed. A.M.. I'll try to check our thread while they're here.

I have one last midterm on Tuesday, but i'm not worried. I am too excited about christmas being so close. Hi my name is Amanda and I am addicted to anything Disney and anything Christmas!!! Sometimes I feel like I need a 12 step program. I am thinking of planning a trip to Disney Land next summer. DH has told me that it's nothing like WDW, actually DL is the reason they built WDW so you could have a choice. Dream theme park or DL. He's so synical. I know it would be maybe a 4th of what we would pay for wdw and I can just look at it as my Disney fix!!

Amanda: everytime I have logged on to the cruise meets page I think of the same thing 9-19-05. By the time sept next year rolls aroundand I am sure that this thread will still be around, I bet we get some 05 cruisers!

I practically grew up at Disneyland. I sang in a choir for 12 years and we were one Disney's regular performers. Any way, I love It's A Small World at DL. Its very ornate coo coo clock chiming every half and every hour w/ moving characters etc.
Amanda01- you'll like DL. Getting to the front gate is a lot easier than DW, unless you count the time it takes to get to a tram to get you to the front gate...LOL. If you were ever at DL before 1994ish you could park where Disney California is now. It was a much shorter distance as it is now. I'm rambling.....I could go on and on.....

My son's preschool classmate is going to DL next week for a Disney wedding. You should've seen my face. I went white! I just wanted to scream, PLEASE TAKE ME WITH YOU! I'll be your tour guide!

I have some thing to share as well. Have any of you an ALDI store near by? Its a tiny grocery store that sells groceries and toys. Their inventory of toys is not consistant, but this week they're selling Disney Princess musical snow globes. There's Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, Aurora, and Precious Moments. They're just $9.99! I picked up two, one each for my DDs'. I just had to share my Disney find!

I'm still here! I haven't been getting the notices that there have been posts made to our thread! ACK! So I finally remembered to come and check it today!

DH is nuts! He's wanting another cruise so bad, he's even trying to plan one in July 2006 that departs on his birthday! LOL So here we are trying to work up 2 deposits for 2 cruises WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

My DH mentioned that he looked at DCL dates and prices for Sept.; around the same time as our 9/19. I was speachless. I've been smelling cleaner fumes, so if my typing is not clear, you'll know why.
