The Meet for sure will be March 14th at Disneyland , but I think maybe this time we will do it in DTD so that those who dont want to pay to get into the park dont have too and can meet anyway ...unless everyone does want to meet in the park ...we are already Booked at DLH the 12th thru the 15th

Are you kidding? And miss another round of .....Does anyone have a peanut? Or was it that a crab?

I'm ready for another cruise around the POC.

Will be in WDW Dec 15- 23rd , may be doing a Mini Pirate Meet the 21st .Who will be in for this one ???

Also On March 14th 2009 we are already planning a Dis Mini Pirate meet at Disneyland - I know Got2travel is in and Grandma X3 and we will be there ... who else of you west coasters would like to meet us there ???

Our plans as of now are an extended trip at WDW staying at FW in our camper. had a cruise planned after a week at WDW but nixed that idea after the prices of the 2010 cruises came out- now we'll just do a longer trip at WDW staying at FW.
I suppose we're not planning meets for Dec 2009 yet huh? LOL

Not us, but we did do the EB PC repo this year. We seem to be on a two year cycle for Disney cruises at the moment. The one before was a 2006 double dip with Cozumel and Costa Maya as stops - we loved the ruins.

Hi! You're not too far from me!

I have no idea where we will fly from...I'm still trying to prepare myself for that long of a flight (granted I flew to Australia in 2000, but still), so I haven't even thought about it yet. Probably Philly or New York, just not sure which.

PHL seems to be the lowest prices so far with the shortest flights, as well. BUT if our TA sees a better deal through one of the NY airports or Newark we might be going from there. If it is not PHL, then we might rent a car service to drive us to the airport so we don't have to leave our car there. From PHL we can have a friend or family member drive us.

Thank goodness I have a TA to help me with this international travel! IT's a first for us!!!

BTW, my daughter was born at LVH and my aunt and uncle are from Fogelsville! We are down there quite often. I also have college friends who live in Upper Macungie. I'd love to move near them all...we like the area quite a bit.

We want to arrive on Friday just to help the kids (and us) recuperate from the long flight. Right now cash for the LeMeridian is over $400/night. We have Starwood points we can use for it but it's something like 20,000+ points per night!!! YIKES! Still, better than cash IMO.

I figure at about a year out we can start really planning things. Right now the next year will consist of a lot of reading and research, getting our passports, etc.

I think we will fly from Philly when I checked US Air had a direct flight to Barcelona but who knows what will happen in the next 2 years

Hopefully we will all fly together unless some of us decide to go early I was thinking about it but $600/night for a hotel is a little out of our budget I can find better things like DOTD and spa treatments to spend it on.

Good Morning to my fellow pirates!

I am so glad the booking process is over. Now I can start planning.

Erik and Jason fro Rochester, NY. I am originally from Syracuse right down east on the thurway. I have cousins who live in Webster. I miss Wegman's. There is no other store like that!

I moved to Williamsburg, VA in 2000 this is my half way point to my final destination which is Orlando and work for the mouse.

Glad to see fellow New Yorker's on the T/A.

Brooklyn, the site for the pirates is fantastic!!! I am having a hard time putting the banners in my signature. Can anyone help me? I really do not want to walk the plank Captn Jack!!!

DH and I live in Woodsville, which is about 45 minutes north of Lebanon/Hanover on the VT/NH border.

Only about an hour and a half from us. Maybe sometime (in the next two years--which sounds like forever doesn't it) we can meet up about half way. Mmmmm maybe dinner at The Italian Farmhous in Plymouth (but that is really closer to us than you--but so yummy )

We live downtown....we own a townhouse/condo on Broadway which is just off 490/goodman near the inner loop...a few blocks from monroe ave, park ave, south wedge....that area. I am a UofR alum and Jason is RIT.

Yep, when we went to visit and see Wicked this summer we could tell all of our friends that we "went to New York and stayed right on Broadway and walked to the theatre" which was all true of course

I could add it if I took out what I already have, but what I want to do is add it NEXT TO the otehr image, and I have never been able to maek that work I'll have to put Dave on it at some point--but I have other ideas and uses in mind for it as well.
About the cartwheels: Kelly and I wanted Erik to teach the kids on the last TA. Funny thing: there was never time--all those sea days and we were all always so busy (besides no mats, hard decks and rough seas were not really a safe way to learn!).

I have never eaten there. DH used to work in Plymouth at the Olympia sports.

You basically have it right....just go in back to edit signature.... add

to the back. That should get it to show up!

If you would like me to incorporate a pic for you into the logo and save it that way I can do that. Sometimes it is very hard to line up the pics just right in the signature. That is why on my last signature I just created that as 1 image and posted it. There is no way I could have gotten all of those things to line up. Just let me know. Huuuummmmm, now I am thinking of adding the pirate pic of DD's to my signature!

I know it really wouldn't be safe on board.......but maybe Erik can hold a class on Castaway!

I just sent you an email. I sent from the transatlanticpirates email account. It has link that you can just copy and paste. Let me know if you do not get it.

Also, if anyone else is having a hard time getting a picture in their signature let me know. I can paste the links in an email and the pic does not show up like on the DIS. It is a much easier process then me adding "dots" then telling you to take them out, etc. I hope that helps.

When requesting please let me know exactly which one you want with either the white or black background or a certain pic that you will email, etc.
