So, now to get back on track with the trivia question.

The last question was: What was Goofy’s original name?

Answer: Dippy Dawg

So, the current standings (purely the number of answers right):
Ann (Bareacuda) 9
Stephanie (Steffy) 4
Sarah (Gismo1554) 4.5
Angie (Mrs Mork) 6
Sarah (Totallyangelic) 12
Thecooksluvdisney 2.5
Sue (Sukraft) 6
Amanda (Acourtwdw2) 1
TheDisneyGirl02 1
Heather (GOS) 9
Dolphingirl47 2
KellyJeanDVC 1
Acourtwdw 1

Now to make up for the missed week, here are two questions:

#1What musical instrument does Mickey Mouse use a cow’s udder as, in Steamboat Willie?

#2 What percent of Walt Disney Productions did Walt Disney and his wife own before going public – 60, 80, or 100?

Please PM your answers.

Jon

Thanks for this Jon.....I'm really enjoying all the questions.

Ok I am stupid here - what is Captain dining? I assume it means you are eating with the captain but how, when, etc.? I have never heard of this.

Glad everything was ok - I live in Jackson, TN and we have had 3 major tornado's in the past 10 years go through our city so we jump everytime there is a warning.

Krisann

Captains Dining = Early seating
Crew Dining = Late seating

You guys post so much in the early hours (to me) that I can't even answer an easy question! :surfweb:

Sue,
Thanks again for everything!!! You're awesome!!!!!!! I love the tasting design! I had some questions though. Are there two lists - one for our Dis and one for the tastings? I signed up for my shirt for the cruise but would also like one for the tastings.

We went from GTY status to an actual stateroom today!!!!!

Congrats!:banana: We still have GTY. Keeping my fingers crossed as to where our room will be...

Good morning :goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

We now have .......

ONLY 18 WEEKS TO GO UNTIL WE BOARD THE DISNEY MAGIC:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

I'm sooo happy! :cool1::cool1::banana::cool1::cool1:

Good morning fellow cruisers! I have updated the Martini/Tequila lists. Please check your name(s) and number of people in your party. Please PM me if I have spelled your name incorrectly, need to add/delete people from the tastings, etc. Also I have tried to read all of the posts and include everyone who has asked to be on the list(s), but if you posted and asked to participate in one/both of the tastings and don't find your name on the list(s), please PM me and I will add your name(s) to the list(s).

Thanks, Dorothy :hippie:

Our address is already on the internet...google us and you can also get a map to our house. Sad, but true. :upsidedow

I know that much of our info is out there but I do try to limit it. My work probably makes me a little cautious ( I work in the criminal justice system and I see a lot of stuff that makes me cringe.) I should probably just relax and ...

So, to put you at ease (a little) you have to have a direct link to get to the spreadsheet and it will come down after the deadline. I just couldn't figure out a better way to keep things moving.

You guys can google me as well - stop by for a visit if you are ever in the Atlanta area!!

Sue

DH John and I, together with our good friend Nancy reconnected last night with a dear friend we hadn't seen in years. We lost touch with him when he was working in London and now he is back. We had dinner at a wonderful place in San Francisco called Coco500 on Brannon Street. http://coco500.com/

Here is Nancy and I:

That place looks wonderful! Our son, Mike, who was on the 2007 EBTA and the 2008 WBPC cruises, has just started a 3 month internship in Palo Alto. He is looking forward to exploring San Franscisco. Today he went to the Disney Family Museum. He's so funny, he is sharing an apartment and so far they each have an airbed, a folding camping chair and a card table. Only guys would live that way! :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Hi all, as some of you know, I (and my colleagues) have been fundraising for Canteen and Child Cancer Foundation. Thanks to those here who donated to our cause :lovestruc

We raised nearly $5000 over the last 8 or so weeks and last night we had our heads shaved.

I opted of a #4 on the clippers as I didn't want to look like a skinhead for our trip not to mention, I burn very easily and even though its nearly winter here now, the UV index is still very high (we have the highest rate of skin cancer in the world (even more so than Australia).

So without further ado, here is my new style - its taking some getting used to I have to say and it feels like a plush toy :rotfl:

Also while I was updating pictures, I also updated the Candy Swap page - still room to join if anyone is interested. I'd be happy to create group 6 ;)

You and the dog look great! What a great thing you did for the children and the charity organization!! I wish I could do the candy, but I will have to pass because of luggage.

I didn't read all the boards yet so I am sure I will have more comments, :rotfl:
but I am kind of sad because I just found out that when my daughter and I get back from the cruise, my husband has to go to San Diego for a week. When he flies back, we will have house guests for 3 days!!! Ahhh! It is all a little much right now and was looking forward to showing him pictures and all the fun things we did. I am just being boo boo - I will get over it! Noel - your dinner and drinks looked fabulous! What a fun place to go. Thanks for sharing! Connie - I am happy to see you on here and posting - does that mean the cruise is a definite???

I think most guys just car about having a place to sleep!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My DD Samantha works in downtown Palo Alto. Palo Alto has a great downtown area for restaurants etc. Stanford Shopping center is a great place to spend the afternoon too. What does your son like to do? I may be able to suggest some great things for him to do while he is here.

Let me know. Just my thoughts....

We love San Diego!! DD Samantha attended the University of San Diego and is hoping to move back there for graduate school!!

Dinner and drinks were fabulous but unfortunately expensive!! I knew when Glen picked the place we needed to have LOTS of cash!!
