Yes, You can smoke on your balconies, just be kind to your neighbors (smile). I don't know what a raw bar is but I do think they sell popcorn to go with the movie, anyone? Good to hear from you again!

Thanks.A raw bar is oysters and the like. The wife and I are going on our second honeymoon and would love to slurp a dozen each. Suppose to be an aphrodisiac I think. If thats the case well take 2 dozen a day.

Hi:

Just checking in, I haven't been on the board since last Thursday. Trying to catch up on all that I missed- alot of pages!

We finally ordered our FFC shirts today, can't wait to get them. Our DS starts Kindergarten in a week so I am still scrambling to get school supplies, then I'll focus on the cruise to-do list.

I saw where some people said they are going on the Lord Sheffield, the second boat in St. Maarten. They contacted us also so we will be joining you. Did they tell you much about it? Does it look similar to the Lord Sheffield? They told me it leaves at the same time, but not any other details.

Take care,
Pam

Just checking in and saying "Hi". Been a bit busy around here. Can't believe only 30 more days to go!!!!!! :cheer2:  :cheer2:  :cheer2:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Emily I was thinking maybe it was Thursday and I just lost a day...sitting here could NOT find a calendar for the life of me. (I think DGS took it counting/marking off the days.) Then right before I read your post I thought maybe it's Thursday where Wendy is?? Then I thought no she's stateside.... arn't you Wendy?? Anyhoo thank you for letting my head come out of the clouds.

Lorra, Please don't get me wrong I've raised both girl and boy, (and still putting in my two cents) they both have their little quirts. All I can say is ENJOY...he won't stay that age for long and with each age comes new surprises. The very best one is when they tell you they want to go to college for Business and Thank you for all your help in making them do something productive with their life. YES!!! That's what it's all about, you know you've done your job. Not that there weren't times you wanted to strangle him along the way :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

My DS made the kids pirate pirate: outfits and they came out GREAT!!! :earseek: She even made the boys shoes!! Couldn't believe that either..she took leather and shoe inserts with wire up the boot legs amazing.. girls wearing their own boots. With all the fake jewels from consigment shops..she impressed me. Doesn't take much I have ZERO sewing abilities :rotfl2:

Well 30 more days around this time :hourglass we'll all be meeting at the MICKEY pool...I'll be the one with a nice tall cool drink :drinking1 in my hand kicking back in a lounge chair listening to the music :rockband: with my face in the sun :sunny: smiling at everything because I'm finally sitting exactly where I want to be.... :boat: ...Just can't wait!!

Well I have a presentation to give tomorrow and need to get a little more prepared for it, so I'll wish everyone a nice day and hope everyone is doing ok :flower:

Hey all. Had a great day. Went to breakfast with my two best friends. We went to this outdoor restraunt set over the ninth hole of a golf course with phenomenal views of the valley and mountains beyond. It was great weather and so peaceful. We sat there for 3 hours and just chatted. So nice.
Emily, If you don't mind the commute, I would gladly hire you and fire my husband's receptionist, that is if she is ever in the office long enough for me to fire her.
I updated the pics...some ou know about...some you don't.

Jen, how much and do I get benefits? You do know you'd have to make it worth my while to move from Alabama to Colorado. :rotfl2: That's too much snow and way too cold for me.

It doesn't snow in Colorado and when it does it melts the next day. And we have more sunny days than any other state. Think California with seasons. We have incredible weather we just lie to the rest of the nation. We always get lumped nationally with the mountains but there is no humidity so even when it is 25 degrees, which is rare, you don't need a coat. I wouldn't live anywhere else for good weather. Don't tell anyone...the entire states of California and texas have found out and moved here! I don't think the job will work out, you seem a little like a trouble maker...Colorado cold! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Hello all,

Just thought I would provide you with some iron-on information.

I purchases a package of 6 sheets of Iron-on Paper with four shirts to make so if I mess up once or twice should not be a problem.

Okay, so I print out the picture on regular paper to make sure it looked good and it was the way it was supposed to be. Perfect, looks great.

So, I load the iron-on paper and set the printer setting to transfer paper and best print setting and press "PRINT". Perfect, looks great - oh wait a minute it is now reading correctly.(not reversed anymore) Must be the transfer paper setting mirroring the image for me when Jen had already done this for me(thank you Jen).

One sheet of Iron-on Paper in the trash....

So, load a new sheet and set the printer to regular paper and hit the "PRINT" button again. Still not reading reversed like it should.

Now that is two sheets of Iron-on Paper in the trash.

I refer you back to my second sentence where I have 6 sheets, I now have only four sheets left and no room for error anymore..  (Isn't that a cute bannana)

WAIT!!! What is this a "Mirror Image" button on the printer setting :badpc: :badpc: change this setting and the rest is history.

Needless to say I have conquered the computer and printer once again, wooooo hoooooo.

Can't wait until the day we can TELL our computers what to do and it just gets done the right way.. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Have a great day and God bless.

Glad it worked out! I have gone through many a shirt. Remember....trim the excess but don't touch the printing (it smears) and don't use ribbed shirts!

Jen, I'm not a troublemaker. Just remember I might not get much work done as I live on the disboards all day long. As long as I still have disboard time, then I might consider it. Although, if we moved to Colorado, those new boots I got might come in handy. They will here, too, but even more there. :rotfl2:

I know he's only going to be 4 but we're celebrating Christian's Birthday

So glad to hear you had a great time. Sounds like it was like a bueatiful place to have been. Wow!!

OK, sorry everyone, I seem to be wishing my days away. Whoops! And I have a big work day manana.

So, happy Wednesday everyone. I'm at work, but heading home to the lovely DD. Ciao.

Wendy, I'm excited about the 30 day thing. Woo hoo!!!

Jen, what does your husband do? How much would I get paid? Would I get insurance? What about some coverage of my relocation costs? Just covering all the bases. What are the hours? I also promise that I will always be there, I never leave work, not even for lunch. I'm always on time. Work might not get done, since we'll be talking Disney all the time. I can multi-task though.

Emily

Hi guys,

Not much is new here. We went to see our great-grandma tonight. She's not looking too good, but she was able to talk and sit while we visited with our aunt/uncle/cousin. Thanks for the good thoughts and prayers.

All this talk of kids... I found out my pastor and his wife, who are good friends of mine, are going to have their first baby! Woo hoo! Where's the cradle smilie?

I'm in a quandry about these foolhardy door signs. I'm going to buy the other door signs, and if they don't work out I can return all the unopened packages. I'd only be out $10.00. So, I guess I'll purchase those this weekend online. I'll send out a PM to those of you who are getting a sign about the cost.

Okay, I think that's all. Talk to you later!

Pam,
When did you set up Lord Sheffield, I called two days ago and they were booked? He e-mailed me today about getting a boat from his friend and I e-mailed hinm back with questions about what we would do, if we would still do the same things as the other pirate ships but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. So I shall see what he comes up with. I'm not paying that price and not doing all the fun stuff that the other boats do. Well I can't get my e-mail to work so I need to try to fix it so I can see if he got back to me tonight while I was working.

Lorra
