Sept 17 2005 Magic - am i alone on the ship?

We are for now keeping the Palo reservations and hope to change it on the ship. We are also staying at POP before the cruise. What are all of you going to do the day before. I'm looking for something to do. I say I'm not going into the parks but who knows I may break when I get down there.

Karen, it is Indiana Jones right?

Jen, your's is, blast, I can't think of the title, but it is that Jack Nicholson movie.

Everyone give up on mine? Finally stumped ya'll. "Kill Bill, Vol. 2"

Next quote: "We'll always have Paris."

Jen's quote is from a Few Good Men. I didn't see Kill Bill so I didn't get that one. Emily- Jaws was correct, easy huh! Ok, this is my next one and it may be a littel harder, especially since there is not much to go on. Ready?
"Stay Gold"

Trisha, I have no idea.

Jen, not it. I'll wait and see if anyone else gets it before I tell.

missy is yours from my big greek wedding (or some very similar title)

my quote....
"no this one's good"

and a second one from a different movie.
"i've still got time..."

No, not Indiana Jones (that was snakes).... gee, I thought it would be an easy one...

I think I know "We'll always have Paris.." but I never saw the movie, just heard the line. Casablanca??

We're staying at POP the night before the cruise and for three nights after the cruise. We stayed at POP last September and really thought it was quite nice, and this was even after the hurricanes and housekeeping was short staffed.
I'm coming in to Orlando around noon and my wife isn't getting in until after 5p.m. I'll probably be going over to Shades of Green to check it out since their renovations, and be walking around the Poly possibly going on over to the MK. I enjoy just watching the folks there having fun. :)

Missy, That would crack me up to hear you in the School Office saying, "Anyone? Anyone?" My kind of humor.

This is my husband's favorite movie line- he says this to our DS all the time, should be an easy one...

"You mess with the bull- you'll get the horn!"

Pam

I'll work till around 11:00 am on Friday, then we're heading over to the Radisson. Should be there around 3:00, that is if I can pull out of here around 12:00. Trust me DH will have us packed and loaded and everyone will be standing around looking at me on the lap top to finish up.... I can hear them now :goodvibes That is when you see grown kids turn into 4 year olds..hurry up...hurry up!!!

My DGS will be bouncing off the walls, he knows we leave in Sept. all he's waiting on is the clue "Time to pack" and he will be like a ping pong ball in the house. This is the same kid when my Disney rolling cooler came in, he thought Disney :wizard: had sent him a special suitcase to use on the trip!!! That was a touchy one to get out of, still don't know if I'm safe. :rotfl2:

What is the spider one?

It's from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, when Ron and Harry are in the forest with all the spiders...

OK, a new one: "See these guns? They're holy guns... they make a rather big holey. Get it? Holy?" (This is one of Joel's favorite lines.)

Oh, goodness, I'm not much of a movie buff and watch almost zero tv (other than cartoons et al.) But I love movies...

We get in to Orlando around 11am on Friday. I'm at the Hyatt, John & his crew are at the Hyatt, Missy and her crew are at the Hyatt. Who else?

I know KSUMom is coming in on my same flight on Friday, but I think they were going to a WDW resort...can't remember...

Oh Jen........one of my husbands favorite sayings!

"You can't handle the truth..." Sorry it's so easy.

He was (or should I say is "once a marine, always a marine") a Marine and knows every line practically.

Missy

I would have never gotten that one, not much of a Harry Potter fan. Clueless on the other one.

OK- I'll give you a hint about the "Stay Gold" one. The movie is about 25 years old, based on a book, and it had lots of big time stars in it (now but not during filming of the movie) like Tom Cruise, Patrick Swayze, Ralph Machio, C. Thomas Howell, Rob Low, Emilio Estevez, and Matt Dillon and maybe a few more. It is also one of my all time favorite movies. Now see if you can get it.

I know it...Out something....he wrote several books made into movies...before Risky Business, one of the movies was something fish....
OUTSIDERS

Paul, Always good when you "pop" in. Love to hear from you!

Thanks all for repeating where you will be and when you will be in. I'm taking notes.

You got it Jen and Karen, Good Job! If you have not seen the movie you should but first read the book. I have both seen the movie and read the book too many times to count.
Ok, I will think of another one and post it. This is fun!!!
