Whereabouts in FL? A lot of us booked on that discount... I am in Brandon (Tampa-area)

Yeah Sarasota isn't too far at all! Like an hour, right? Are you close to the Ellenton outlets? We go there sometimes and there's also a place near Manatee Hospital we go to sometimes (but haven't been in forever - hoping to go back in the fall after the Tropical weather is over!)

You know we have a Cheesecake factory at our mall, right? LOL I am not a big CCF fan though

Yup we probably both were at the Straz (well TBPAC at that time... I think). About 2 years ago??? Are you going to go this year (It's at the very end of the year ... like Dec 29-30???). We have the Broadway season ticket package at the straz! We don't go to many Bolts games - been to a couple due to free (or work paid) tix.

Also schimj (up above) is my husband

I bet we will have lots of Floridians (and maybe cast members!) on this cruise

Yes it was at the Straz. We aren't planning on going this year - I really want to see more Disney shows. I've seen Beauty & the Beast, but would really like to see Lion King or Little Mermaid someday.

We are about 25 minutes south of Ellenton - Sarasota City. Like 5 minutes from Siesta Key if you've been there.

Don't worry about getting anything for my son Spencer. He wasn't into in February. If you feel you need to get him something, a Birthday related item would be great. He turns 11 on August 30th. Our cabin number is changing too. I just don't know what it is yet.

No worries. He is included in my count since you added him a few pages ago.

So as it stands right now we have 9 cabins confirmed, 13 adults, 4 pre-teen boys (13 & 3-11's), 2-5yr old girls & 1-3yr old boy.

Yolie912 is asking about adding her sister & I am waiting on more info for that (just the sister or another family). Also Florida Dad contacted me about possibly joining, but haven't heard how many or any other details. I responded to his email yesterday, so I wanted to give him a few days to get back.

I will send the list out & for those who wanted it through email I will send separately. I will also notify when there is a change, IE cabin #'s.

I actually am traveling with 7 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 9)...but I'm thinking probably 3 of the adults would participate and the 2 kids?

I've never done one of these FE's before...do we make/buy 1 gift per person in each cabin? ^D

Amy - how many cabins are participating (we are doing some things per cabin)... it sounds like 2 cabins?

You can do your gifts per cabin, per person, or whatever you'd like!! We are doing cabin gifts but some things that are for "personal use" there will be a different # of depending on how many ppl are in the cabin.

Nope never got around to seeing the lion king...I saw beauty and the beast in NY on broadway years ago and that was like nothing I've ever experienced before!! I sat through the whole show with my jaw hanging open at how awesome it was!

My group actually is spread out across 4 cabins (we kinda jumped all over that FL discount LOL!!) but I thought maybe we'd just put one FE thingy up on just one door to keep it simple? Is that ok? Let me know if you think we should change it up? Never done this before, so totally up for suggestions! ^D

May I also have the list of cabins so I can start brainstorming and preparing?

I saw Beauty and the Beast... it was good. Mary Poppins and Lion King are sooooooooooo much better tho! Lion King is an experience! You need to see it next time!

OK so 1 cabin? That's easy enough for me! The thing I am doing per person is something I have lots of (or will, when the order comes in) so that part is not as significant TO ME. Others are ordering things individually so if you could firm up a number for them it would be appreciated.

One FE thing is fine... that way you only have to think of one gift to share

So 3 adults and 2 kids then?

I think that may be the maximum # of the adult gifts that I can fit into one FE or bag (whatever you end up using) so that is perfect.

They were asking about the FE before the cutoff date, but I have not heard from them since i replied before the cutoff dateto see if they are joining. I have no numbers on them, but it looks like it could be 3 adults and maybe 2 kids. What we could do is those of us who have not gotten our FE'S yet can include them & those of you who have already purchased do not need to include them. Just a suggestion if we decide to let them in.

Doesn't matter to me, just want to try and get a group decision. Please let me know by tomorrow morning Thurs 8/16, and I will send out final counts tomorrow afternoon.

Other cruises I have been on sometimes they start a "B" list for people after the cutoff date. People from A can sign up to be on the "B" list as well or they can JUST be on the "A" list (if they already ordered/made gifts). Maybe a latecomer wants to start a "B" list???
