Sept 12 arrival ADR's confusion

Hi all

I am super confused. I thought all along that my ADR day was March 16 and called today to double check that. The CM said I could've called 3 days ago to book my ADR's. She transferred me to dining reservations. The dining reservation CM said also that I should be able to book now, but the system would not allow it.

Now when I count back 180 days from our arrival date, I still get March 16. We arrive on the 12th of September. Am I missing something? She told me to call back this afternoon and try again. Online when I try to enter my resort confirmation #, the calendar is only going up to Sept 5? I am very confused. Anyone out there with insight?

Maybe someone else who is arriving on Sept 12 could tell me if they were able to book ADR's yet?

hmm...180 days for you would be 3/16, so you're right.

I was having all kinds of issues booking ADRs at 180 days online last month, and had to call for all of them. Not sure why they don't have the right 180 day for you. Hope you'll be all set on the 16th!

Because of the panic mode they sent me into, I firmed them up right away while on the phone with her! Now I can look at it again Weird.

I am going on the 6th and my date is tomorrow so I think that you have your dates right and Disney is just confused.

I would say that the CM didn't understand what 180+10 means, and thought that it means that you can book ADRs 190 days before your arrival date, when of course it actually means that you can book 180 days before your arrival date, and then book for up to 10 days after that.
