Every year we make Christmas survival goody bags for all of our daughters teachers. WE put them in a Christmas themed ziplock bag and include mints, tissues, chap stick: you name it. Then we make a little song and rhyme about them that goes to the tunes of Jingle Belles! We could do this as well....

I saw a Sorcerer Mickey hat on the boards somewhere and was inspired to make my own. That gave way to a Pirate Mickey hat and now others too. They are below and here for your use, with the printable versions linked below the door pictures with more to come! These are all mainly from scratch for your enjoyment...

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
I have gotten A LOT of questions regarding printing so please read here to save yourself time, money and frustration. Trust me when I say I made these and give them out for your enjoyment, not to cause you undue frustration with printing problems.

First save the files by clicking the "Printable Verison" link. Right click on the picture and select "Save As" (or look for something that resembles that). People use many different programs for printing, and here is what I say: Whatever program you chose to use you MUST PRINT these at 100% or in other words, their FULL SIZE. People that have had problems with programs that were shrinking the images.

Cut out a 7.5" diameter circle (this is the diameter of the Stateroom Door Number Sign), and use this for your template for when you print your ears. If your ears do not fit CHECK YOUR SETTINGS as the sizes are correct... I promise you.

You can print these 'Ears' on magnetic paper to stick on your door. Or you can make them out of paper or card stock, laminate them (or even laminate the pieces together) and then place self adhesive magnets on the back of those to stick on the door.

Some of these are too big so they have to be cut in half, but that is not be a problem... just put the pieces back together on the door or while laminating.

These fit ALL Disney ships

COMPLETED EARS: Not my door, but just so you can see what they might look like.

Welcome to the new fellow cruisers. Wont be long now! Time is really flying! I have realized that I haven't announced the birth of my grandson!

Katie and Mike (who will be with me on the cruise for the new cruisers) had a baby boy on May 23rd!! Tyler Joseph!
Everyone is doing well! He is a sure joy!! Am so excited to be a Grandma!!!

I am finally checked in online!

That's funny! We got asked the same question when we moved to Va from SC last year. We are also driving down the day before the cruise. Will you take I-95 the whole way down?

Yes we will. I like driving down there, it is just a nice drive. It will be our second drive down there this year!

Just FYI, I was playing online with my reservations... and noticed that there were LOTS of openings for Palo dinners (about 5) and Remy dinners (about 7), and even 1 Palo Bruch opening!

This was at 11:15pm Friday 1st!

Oh great! I will tell someone somewhere about my daughters 12th birthday and it is also our wedding anniversary of 19 years on the 4th so I will tell them as well. I do not foresee Chad and myself doing any romantic Palo this cruise. Girls are really nervous to be alone. But I would like to try the wine and campaign tasting though.
Also the FE sounds terrific but how many are participating? What do we do just bring post cards from our town? It might be too costly for us this season. WE have to replace our roof! Ugh!

Tough about the roof! One of the downsides of owning a home. I remember in our last house when we replaced the roof, we got a gang together from our Church (actually it was a contrator at our church we asked to give us a hand and HE organized a whole crew). It was awesome and all done in a day, and he would not let us pay him (BONUS), so all it cost us was the price of the shingles and supplies needed.
We need new windows on our main floor, Bay windows, one company quoted us $4000.00 for ONE window, and all I could think of is "THATS A CRUISE" LOL

As for the FE, it doesn't have to be costly and postcards are great. We got some in our FE last fall and the gifter put magnets on the backs of them so they became fridge magnets for us

I've added you to the FE list in my book, I'll update the list on this board tonight. PM me with your details for the master list, which will then be emailed to everyone after the sign up closes out (stateroom number, names of travel party and ages of children and your email address) OR email it to me on face book

WE are so blessed to have our church help us with a new roof. There is a scratch and dent place that sells new shingles for cheap and so we are doubly blessed! Plus I went to the Disney store today in Indianapolis and the worker there is a huge Disney Cruise fan and he helped me get something really cool and really cheap! And so now our goody bags have three bought things and three homemade things. I think my husband will say... "Honey that is enough!"... But I am like Disney I like to go all out!!!!!

I have been reading on here on some other threads about Disney changing the early port arrival time from 10:30am to 11:00am. I don't know if this is true or not. I personally have not seen anything from Disney about this - has anyone else heard anything? I just checked our arrival time and it still says 10:30am. DW and I still plan to arrive at our usual 10:00am. We will probably be standing in line outside the terminal waiting for them to unlock the doors!!!

I personally have not seen anything from Disney about this - has anyone else heard anything? I just checked our arrival time and it still says 10:30am. DW and I still plan to arrive at our usual 10:00am. We will probably be standing in line outside the terminal waiting for them to unlock the doors!!!

DW and I watched the Dream come into Port Canaveral early this morning. DW had to go to work this morning so around 5:40am I turned on the computer and for some reason thought I would just check Port Canaveral's webcam. And, sure enough the Dream was backing in to the Disney terminal. It was dark but she was all light up so you could see her backing in. You can still see her docked there now. Go to Port Canaveral's website and check out their webcam!!! You can only see about half of her. Wish they had a better view of her!!! But at least you can see her!!!
