Hi everyone so my sister is getting married on our cruise. We are having a huge issue getting the private room because we only have 8 and need 10 is there anyone who is not planning on doing palo or remy that we could borrow your names to get the room? You won't get charged for it at all. If anyone would do that my sister would love you forever!! :worship:

Congrats!!! How fun!!! We are currently still deciding on that. Are you only allowed to eat at those once?? Won't they just let you pay for 10?

I did reserve day 2 (at sea) at 10:00AM for my daughter. We decided to do the mermaid package (under the sea I think is the disney name gives it). My son wasn't interested for pirate night BBB.

Not sure if I am allowed to name other websites here - lets just say I looked and it seems a little over 55% of categories are sold

Judging by the number of verandah cats still available, it sure doesn't look like a sell-out! This is good...maybe I'll actually be able to find a chair in the shade by the Mickey pool while I watch the kids! I was also able to book a Palo brunch, which surprised me. Maybe someone canceled and I caught it just in time. :)

We went from a 5E to a 4B. Thank you DCL for the love.

Us too. DH is kinda of disappointed though. We were really looking forward to the extra large veranda. Now big room but normal veranda. It's nice to receive a $500 upgrade which I'm sure we'll love once there. pixiedust:

I caught a brunch today too. Maybe they released a few more.:confused3 I was checking every day or two but have been out of town for over a week with no access. I was shocked to see an opening and jumped on it.:cool1:

Excursion question: What types of excursions is everyone booking? Are you booking thru the ship or have you found private arrangements?

I'm sure my friends in 5E with a toddler wouldn't mind trading with you;)

This trip we are sticking with Disney Excursion since port times are a bit shorter than I am use to in past...

Cayman.... Atlantis sub:cool1:
Costa Maya.... Mini jeeps:drive:
Cozumel *switched and my teen and DH are doing Jade Caverns* Now I have to find something to do with little ones for the morning.:goodvibes Probably pool time and slide!!! Doubt I will get off boat unless something exciting changes my mind. :thumbsup2
I still have the Fury Catamaran for Me and two little ones but unless someone else goes I don't want to go alone with just small peeps and me!

We are doing all DCL excursions just for time constraints.

Costa Maya Chacchoben Mayan Ruins
Cozumel Secret River

I believe our time is 4pm to dress up for dinner on day 2, and then I booked pirates league for I think 2:30.

1. What state and / or country are you from? Ohio
2. Who are you cruising with ? Family DH & DS
3. How many cruises have you taken? This is #2
4. What is your fav cruise line. Explain Big Red Boat is only experience but guaranteed to be DCL soon.
5. What activity(ies) do you most look forward to on this cruise? Aqua Duck & Mid-ship Detective Agency
6. Fav dining room on any ship ? Can't wait to pick one
7. What dining room to you most look forward to on this ship? Animator's
8. Fav cruise and/or vacation food? Lobster
9. Any vacation "traditions"? DH collects keychains and DS collects smashed pennies and patches
10. Do you get seasick? Me no, DH did first night on Honeymoon but good after that
11. What/When was your last vacation? Last week, family cabin in PA. No where near a DCL vacation. Relaxing to watch the river go by and the wild life (eagle, deer, heron, etc. no bear this trip) but the outhouse & bugs bring it down a notch.
12. Most Memorable/Fav vacation - Feb. 2011 to WDW and visit my parents nearby. Dad & I went skydiving for his 70 Birthday. Had a blast and ready to go again. Loved it!!
13. Do you work, and if so what do you do? Yes, Office Manager.
14. If you were given a FREE day to do whatever you wanted to - what would you do with your free time? Visit a friend in Australia. He visits the USA every 12 - 18 months. He is very close with DH's family. No one in the family has been to Australia to visit him. We were suppose to go there but DCL was more affordable (shocking I know). The airfare alone for my family was more than this cruise.
15. What is your intention posting on this roll call (ie: precruise excitement chat, meeting friends to spend time with on board, looking for people to share excursions etc ...) I think it was the precruise excitement that brought me here. Now I'm looking forward to meeting new friends.
