AND WE ALWAYS JUST GOT 2 SOMETIMES 3 REGULAR MEALS AND SPLIT THEM ON PRIOR TRIPS W/ THE DDP.THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY DS IS CONSIDERED A CHILD AND WE WON'T BE USING ALL OF HIS CREDITS B/C HE WON'T LIKE ANY OF THE FOOD CHOICES! I GUESS WE CAN USE THEM AT B'FAST!! ANYWAYS IF ANYONE KNOWS THANKS!!:goodvibes

I'm sorry, but the rules do make it clear that it is not permitted to use your DS9's credits for anything other than child meals.

tinkercrazy, if you are a family of 4 -- 3 adults and 1 child for the purposes of the DDP -- and you want to share 2 or 3 adult CS meals for lunch you should have no problem with that. But you will have child's CS meals leftover and possibly a few adult CS meals if you are only eating 2 adult meals among your family of 4? If your son doesn't like the kids' CS selections, then yes, you could use his CS credit at breakfast and pay OOP or use snack credits for the rest of your family.

I wouldn't let is stress you out. From a cost savings perspective you're ahead with you DS9 no matter if you use the CS credits or not. I don't think there is a TS meal on property that isn't more expensive that $10.99 (especially so once you add in tax and tip). The snack is just a bonus on top of that.
