Seperate accounts for room charges

Has anyone ever been able to set up more than one account for room charges? We are staying in a GV at OKW in Dec. with 2 other families. Everyone would like to be able to charge to the room and I would rather not have to figure everyone's charges out at the end of our stay. We've been DVC members for a long time and this is the first time we've had this issue.

You will only be able to put down one credit card on the room. That being said, I understand they do show the charges on the bill according to who charged what. Your problem may be that they will put through an auto charge when you reach a certain limit. I have had this happen with a lower amount, some report higher amounts. With a grand villa and that many people in the room, the bill will climb pretty fast I would imagine.

I would just have everyone issued room keys without charging privileges. They can use their own credit cards in the parks then.

I understand they do not do that. However each key card has a different sub-number IE

card 1 = 1234-1
card 2 = 1234-2
card 3 = 1234-3

The bill will show which card a purchase was charged to.

Tell your guests to just use their credit cards or debit cards to make their purchases.

We had the same question, mainly because we have the DDE card and will have to include our guests meals on our ticket to get the 20%. Also, we plan to parasail and take out the mice boats. We plan to just use a small notebook and write down the amount of their meals (2 people) and activities, since receiving the DDE discount or AP or DVC discount is worth a little extra effort.
