I am booked for free dining grand gathering (3 rooms total) starting August 13 which is the day the free dining offer starts. My family would like to go up a day earlier. I was thinking of booking a single night at the same hotel for August 12. What is the cancellation policy for a room only ressie? Will I be able to keep my room for the entire stay? How likely will it be that the other 2 rooms will not be near mine if I keep the same room?

1. The cancellation policy for room only when booked online is 45 days, when booked over the phone is 5 days.

2. As far as keeping your room, that all depends on the occupancy at the time, chances are you will...but not a 100% guarantee.

3. The chance of your rooms still being near each other if staying in the same room for the entire stay agian will depend on the occupancy of the resort at that time. You can request that you remain in the same room & they be near you.... see what the CM says. They may be able to give you a better answer than I am (but I have a feeling they will say that they "will request" but remember, it is only a "request" not a guarantee....
