Separate Boards a Failure?

I didnt even read this whole thread before doing my reply. And THAT is exactly what has happened to my visiting the DVC forum. I just quit coming here very often as I cant find stuff or it has been moved or not sure which area to look for it in. So I just stop by ONCE in a great while. The only reason I even read this was the "tease" on the topic page. Things change and sometime they work better for some than others.

The DVC Community Board was the best of the DVC perks. Now it's gone but we still get a reduced annual pass rate and 10% off at Ghiradelli in DD.

I'm surprised this thread is still here. It would have been deleted a few months ago. So maybe that's a good sign. Another good sign is the fact it has stayed calm and respectful.

Does that mean we're grown up enough to have our Community Board back?

DH and I left the DVC board long ago. We were tired of the same old arguements and general lack of community it used to be in 1997 when we first found the DIS. We both come back ocassionally when we are planning a trip or getting close to one. I think it is very confusing having 2 boards here. But that is my opinion.
