Sep. 7, 2015 on the Dream

Do you have ressies at Palo or Remy? Have you eaten there before? I love the kid-free dining too!

No I have never done either. I'm happy with their dinner's maybe if I ever take a cruise for myself I will try it. It's kinda hard to go by yourself and leave your significant other to eat at the buffet. Thou the thought has crossed my mind.

Why wouldn't she go with you?

ah me either, but I'm obsessed that I will miss something, or forgot about something or missed something funny or something. Oh I need a life LOL :sulley:

If it's not included she doesn't want it. Like the ice cream toppings she say's doesn't Disney provide them??? Why do we have to take them?? Also get this she says that her cruise on Carnival will be better than our Disney one. Yes, I increased her life insurance plan LOL just kidding :lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Carnival better than Disney?!? o_O

??? What do you mean go behind the scene's of the cruise ship??

Like at WDW you can go behind the scenes. I would love to do it on the cruise ship. I did the galley tour last time and it was incredible to see how they prepare all those meals for everyone. Now for me I would love to see there Water and Wastewater facility they have on board.

Just ordered a couple shirts for me and Carly for the trip. We each got a Dole Whip tee and I got a 4 parks 1 home tee all from TEE PUBLIC. Love the Chip and Co t shirt options. There is a sale going on for about 34 more hours :)

Now I need to place my Disney Store order :thumbsup2
I tried looking at Tee Public...got a little overwhelmed with I typed in Disney cruise and it came back with 71 pages of tshirts. I'll have to browse through those over a glass of wine or something.

How did you sign up for the galley tour? I'd love any of the behind the scenes stuff. The laundry facility, etc. Any of it would be really cool.

On that note - there is a "making of the dream" presentation on sea day I believe. That was really neat to watch how the Dream was made and the gentleman leading it was well informed so we asked tons of questions.

One other side note for newbies - they have at least 1, maybe 2 opportunities where they give a Disney Vacation Club Presentation. They are trying to get you to buy into the club. The presentation is fine. Not pushy salesman type stuff. They have free adult drinks (and kid drinks). They also have a drawing for onboard credit. I want to say it was $250 onboard credit. There were only 30 people or so in our presentation. Pretty good odds of wining. We of course didn't win, but that's how it goes. I plan on attending again. You just never know it it's your lucky day!

The ones we wanted weren't cruise related. They were chip and company ones. I love their Dole Whip one and the 4 parks 1 home one

She knows, but our on board credit it paying for the classes. I'll just wear ear plugs during the cruise :crazy2: :mic:
Joe, did you ever see my post requesting to be added to the mixology class since you only have 14 people in it now..max is 15. Just me going, hubby will b with kids. Thanks.

I don't know how the ones on the ship are but the ones at WDW you sign up for early. My girlfriend and I are doing te Keys to the Kingdom tour for my birthday in February. It tours the Utiladors that are below the Magic Kingdom!

The ship galley tour sounds interesting!!
