Sep. 7, 2015 on the Dream

I started out doing charcoal portraits which is something I had been doing off and on since high school.

Then I began painting wall art for kids' rooms.

I have just been working locally here lately. When all three girls are in school full time. I plan to launch my own website for the letter paintings.

Wow!! I love these!! You are very talented :)

WOW is right! You are extremely talented!

What kind of artwork do you do? I'm a graphic designer. I work from home- a lot of hours but I make my hours so it is nice. If the kids want to go to the pool or the mall, I can stop and take them. It's great!

I work for a Pharma Ad Agency. I am a media producer, I would like to know what type of art you do as well

Very nice work!

I think I have the post 4th - my kids start back to school tomorrow blues. And how could I forget, I'm suppose to have my daughter's birthday party/sleepover on Friday night and I have only invited 1 kid. I don't have a cake made, house cleaned or anything organized at all! Ugh, not sure how I'm going to pull it all together.

Back to school already? Wow! You can just claim "Disney Distraction Disorder" for all the birthday stuff. :crazy2::crazy2:
Why don't you skip making the cake? Do a cupcake bar instead.....just put out the bare cupcakes with cups/bowls of various frostings, sprinkles, and toppings. It will save you time and money PLUS it is an activity that will keep the girls busy for a little while.

I totally will be your customer! I only work Saturdays and Sundays. Lots of moms do the weekend option like me at our hospital so we get to stay home Mon-Fri with the kiddos and still get the full benefits (insurance,401k,etc) So my darling hubby watch the kids all weekend while I sleep all day and work all night :)

It's great that you have a weekend option! My husband's job has him working every other weekend (an improvement from past years) and random twelve hour shifts throughout the week. It would be near impossible for me to have a job outside of the home without child care!

Thanks to everyone who liked my artwork! :artist:

Here is the deck plan link. If you look over to your right under "choose a deck below to view", you will see a link to "PDF these decks" OR "choose 5 decks to PDF". If you PDF all at the same time, you will not be able to read the stateroom numbers. If you choose your 5, they are larger and readable. I ended up printing out all decks, which fit on 3 sheets.

Joe, I see your mixology class is full with 14 people. Do you think I can still join that class since your max is 15? It'll be just me. Hubby have separation anxiety if he leaves the kids alone too long. Lol. Thanks.

I just finished going over the deck maps for FE delivery. Six of us are clustered together midship on deck 9, with nine total on that deck!! Should be easy gifting!!

I noticed the same thing when I was looking them over, in case I can get some pixie gifts together by the cruise :) I was thinking how easy is it was going to be since most of the people were on my floor too!

I did this one year and it went over really well! I colored a bunch of white icing different colors, but now they have a bunch of neon colored icing at my grocery store. I set out a bunch of sprinkles and let them go at it. It was a lot of fun!!

So I'm getting ready to do my FPs in about 30 minutes!! I have my list, but haven't decided on all of our times. Guess I better get busy.

Just throwing it out there :) We will be at MK on Saturday Sept 5... trying to plan a meet up so we can get a picture together!!! What better way to remember Jase's birthday? I'm shooting for either 1 or 3 near the Walt statue at the front entrance :)

I'm just going to throw this out there, lol ;) Since most of us will already be in the MK how about we meet somewhere farther in the park. I'm thinking somewhere with shade and a snack close by. Carly actually suggested Frontierland Trading Post area. There is the wooden front porches all along Frontierland and even rocking chairs to sit in. We could also meet in the pathway between Frontierland and Adventureland near Sunshine Tree Terrace. The pathway is shaded and we can get a Dole Whip at the Terrace if we get there early :thumbsup2 These are just some ideas. The front of the park seems so far away if you are in one of the lands!
