Sentimental Connection to a WDW Resturant

Not really a restaurant, but I always enjoy grabbing a drink at the Tambu Lounge. DH and I spent the last night our honeymoon there during Hurricane Erin in 1995.

would be the first. I was stationed in Orlando for school when Epcot opened. A friend from school visited with her parents to see the new park. We had dinner at the Poly, but my friend and I went to tour Epcot. (I remember the video guest help kiosks.) Biergarten sounded like a great time. We wanted to head in for a beer but couldn't get in without priority seating (?).

Besides that I like German food and the place nearest our house that serves anything decent is almost an hour away.

I have added a second which is CRT. It's sentimental solely for the amount of enjoyment our daughter has gotten out of eating there.

My father gets pretty sentimental about food. Although he won't admit it, I reckon the reason he really wants to visit Yakitori House again is because it was the first restaurant we ate at in EPCOT.

Our's is the 50's Diner...

We have been on every family trip and find it hard not to make an ADR there.

Same goes for the POLY...

We have spent the majority of our family trips there and although we stay at other resorts, it has our heart always.

Even though we are not happy with the food there we always eat at Lady and the Tramp (Tony's Town Square).

That was the movie my parents saw on their first date so they always went there when I was a kid and now we always go there.

I wish they would bring back the breakfast so I would not have to eat the mediocre Italian food they serve.

I have skipped it the last few trips, but I will be back.
My parents did say the food has improved, but their taste buds could be going.

For us it's Tony's Town square. That was the first restaurant we had a meal at (back when adr's were PS) and we always took a picture with the goofy in a top hat.

We still go there even though the food is ho-hum
