Sent/Received questions

How do all these Sent/received threads work. I am assuming you send an item and receive an item. Am I correct? Who do you send to and who do you receive from? Also, what is the amount you spend on the item? Is there a cap price?

Sorry for all the questions, but I've seen them for cookbooks, bath and body works, pins, hats, etc... Just curious how they work and how much you spend, and who you send and receive from.

Ok. well first of all you need to join an exchange


Once you have joined in an exchange there will be a sign up deadine & a mail out deadline.

Once the sign up deadline has come you will receive the name of a person to send your exchange too & there will be a sent/received thread started up for that particular exchange. As soon as you have your exchange in the mail you should then reply to the post ot the effect of "I sent mine today or miine is the mail". Then when you receive your exchange you should reply to the thread once again saying that you have received yours & who from.


Dollar value really depends on what the exchange is for

On the Community Board you will see a thread "LOOK the exchange index" it is the master list of all exchanges currently running

I think the only exchange still open for signups at the moment is the Yankee Candles........the others are in the mailing out stage.


But keep your eye on the CB for new exchange starting up.................be assured there will be more....
