My son will graduate in '13 and I know I am early thinking of this. Most likely he will going to Disney for his trip with some friends. We are DVC members and I thought about letting them have a studio. It would be him and 4 friends. His father and I will be taking the other kids as well...different rooms. Another friend is taking her daughter and 4 friends...renting to them. Here is my question...should I price the room as if I was paying cash and divide it 5 ways for the boys? Or should I just let them have it and make the them responsible for tickets and dining plan only? I am looking at renting 4 studios. 2 are for the parents and families and the other 2 will be for the seniors. How would you handle this?
