For my high school senior trip I will only be 17.
1) Can I use my parent‘s DVC card (they will not be there)?
2) Can I use a previously bought TIW card?
3) The school buys tickets through a group rate, if I have an AP, will it use the other tickets or my AP, and can i still use the AP if I enter the parks with the normal tickets?

Sorry if any of this is confusing. Thanks in advanced.

1. Your parents are the members. You are not. Technically, you cannot use their membership cards. Members have to provide both a picture ID and the cards for member benefits.
2. Is it your TiW card? If not, then the answer is no.
3. The MDE system is set up to use your oldest ticket first. That would be your AP.

My 18 yr old daughter just had her senior Disney trip a couple weeks ago, so I'll try to answer a couple of your questions. She has an AP.

1. No, you can't use your parents DVC card. Often, we need to show our ID along with our DVC card--so that won't work for you.
2. The TIW card can only be used by the person named on it--again, they often ask for ID when you use it.
3. As my daughter has an AP, we talked to the school before the final payments. We did NOT have to buy the ticket as we already had an AP. They just deducted the cost of the ticket and we just paid $275 less than anyone else. (Our school had the 3 day park hopper plan.) So--talk to your school--if you have to buy the tix, ask if they can be used at a later date!

My tips:
1. Make sure that YOU have an account on My Disney Experience and that your annual pass is listed on it. My daughter was able to see her hotel reservation and she customized magicbands for everyone in her room. When the chaperones doled out the magicbands--her room had colors, everyone else had gray!
2. Bring your magicband AND your physical AP card!
3. Remember the benefits on your AP card--use it for the 20% discount off merchandise in shops! If you have a Gold Pass or above--you have memory maker--go to the photopass people and get pics taken with your friends--it will be a free memento of your trip! Just remember to use YOUR magicband.

Thank you! I will definitely talk to my school about not paying for the tickets.
Just making sure, if me and my friends eat at Disney, we can‘t split the check if we want the dining discount, correct?

Correct. Generally, you'll probably be eating at counter service restaurants anyway (due to time constraints, lack of ADR's, and the cost), and counter service doesn't tend to have a discount. Depending on the time of year you're going, you might get to enjoy some of the food kiosks at Epcot. My daughter was there for the last weekend of Flower and Garden festival--so they hit up a couple of the kiosks for lunch/dinner--also ate a lot of food from the All Star Movies food court as they went back there to rest/drop off packages.

Quick update on AP discounts. I just talked to my daughter. In some shops she needed to show her ID (she used her passport) as well as AP card in order to get the discounts.
