Sending purchases back to room- HRH

Me and Dh are heading to Universal in May.. We are staying at Hard Rock Hotel.. as we've only gone to WDW Im wondering if we purchase something, if we can have it sent to our room like we can at WDW??

I would certainly think so. Some of the other homies who have stayed there can tell you for sure.

Yes you can send purchases back to your room, just like you can at Disney.

Although they advise you not to send items back on your last full day as they sometimes might not arrive till the next day. We never had any problems they always arrived that evening.

Yes. You can go to any gift shop and ask about having your stuff delivered to your room. Make sure you leave a 2-3hr window between the time you arrange the pick-up to getting to your room.

For those not staying onsite, you can get your stuff sent to the front of the park you are in. Again, give a 2-3hr window.

They say that packages may not arrive until the following day so be careful.

I wouldnt use this service the day before we leave as I dont do it at WDW either, just to be safe.. but this would be nice the first few days to be able to take advantage of it.. even small packages weigh you down after awhile

They sure do! We always use the service to the front of the parks on our last day or two there for purchases. (that is as long as we know we will be in that park 3 hours later)
