Sending private messages

Hi there,
I'm new to the boards and I'm unable to send a private message. I keep getting some kind of error. Is it my computer or am I doing something wrong? Any advice appreciated!

You have to have a certain amount of posts to send PM's. I'm not sure how many it is. Just keep posting.

I did 6 posts before it let me PM someone. It looks like you've hit that so hopefully you're able to send a PM now.

I think I was like at 10 when I got to do it

What you need to do is click on the screen name on the side of the post you are wanting to PM.

then there is a PULL DOWN menu and then click on PM...

You will have to make sure you are signed in too.

Yes you can. It is six posts before you can PM. If you have any other questions feel free to PM me. Well you know after you get 6 posts. so start racking up your post count quickly if you have any other questions! I am glad to help a newbie.
