Sending pkgs to caribe royale?? Help

We are staying at Caribe Royale and need to know if anyone has ever sent a package to the resort? If so what info needs to be on the pkg? Also did you have any problems getting the pkg when checking in? I know its alot of questions,but never stayed at this resort. We always stay on WDW and have no problems sending pkgs there. Also does anyone have any pictures of a 2br Villa that they stayed in. I already saw the ones unline and they are ok, but just like real ones from people who have been there. Thanks

You should call Caribe Royale and ask. Caribe Royale has a convention center. Convention hotels (including Disney convention hotels) frequently have a charge associated with accepting packages. Several guests staying at CSR were charged a package acceptance fee.
