Sending parcels back to your hotel?

Quick question - do they have the option of shipping parcels back to your hotel if you are staying at a Disney resort like they do at WDW? If not, can they do it to the front gate? We are staying at the Grand Californian.

Yes...but last time I bought and item and asked about sending it to my room at the GCH it would only go as far as the bell desk where you could then pick it up and wouldn't be there until the next morning. I carried it out.

Thanks Park Hopper. That is what its like at WDW as well. In our case, it really depends on whether or not we are going to want whatever the item is that day/night & when we are checking out. Sometimes its just as convenient to ship it to the gate or lug it around.

It should be noted that, unlike the Walt Disney World Resort, Gift Shops at the Disneyland Resort do not offer the Package Pickup Service, where your purchases are delivered for you upon request to a location at the Park Entrance for later pick-up.

Rather, Guests may utilise the Package Check Service. With this service, Guests may bring and check their purchases at one of three Disneyland Park locations: the Main Entrance Newsstand, Frontier Mercantile in Frontierland and Mickey's Star Traders in Tomorrowland. These locations will hold your purchases for you to retrieve later in the day, allowing you to enjoy the parks without the hassle of carrying items around.

Unlike the Package Pickup Service, Guests must bring their purchases personally to the Package Check Service location. Disneyland Resort Gift Shops are unable to arrange delivery to a Package Check Location.
