Sending follow up requests

Hello fellow DVC'ers! We leave in 18 days for OKW and I like to send a follow up letter for room requests 2 weeks out. In the past I have faxed requests but my company did away with fax machines. Do you know if there is another way to get in touch with OKW? A way that would actually get to them?

Any requests should have been made with the reservation. You can call MS tomorrow and have it added. If you do online check in, any requests there will over-write the reservation request so leave that section blank.
