Sending coconut postcard from disney

Hi

Does anyone know if you can still send coconut postcards in the mail from the Polynesian (or anywhere else at Disney)? I have seen posts that talk about being able to do it but they are fairly old.

My dad sent one home from Hawaii to the uk over 60 years ago (that he still has) and his grandchildren would love to send one to him when we’re on holiday in Florida.

Not sure about the Polynesian but they have them at Caribbean Beach Resort.

Yes, we got two at the Poly in January at the store in the lobby. They gave us a marker to use to write on it and then they took them from us to mail. Took about a week to get to NY/NJ from Florida.

I think the $18 includes the coconut and the shipping. Granted my experience with this was back in 2014, but I remember it was about $16 for the entire thing, shipping included. I may be wrong, but that is how I understood it.

That’s correct, the price is the coconut plus the shipping. I don’t believe you can purchase the coconut without the shipping cost as it is already stamped when you buy it.

The store at the Polynesian had run out of coconuts when I tried to buy one so just a heads up you may want to start early.
