Hello!
I'm planning on sending a "care package" down to Pop Century for while the boyfriend and I are there. I'm planning on sending bread, an inexpensive toaster that I wouldn't care if I left it there, peanut butter, jelly, pop tarts, nutrigrain bars, and rice krispie treats so that we'll have things for breakfast, light lunches, and snacks.
I was also thinking of sending some very well packed bottles of gin and tonic water... though I'm nervous about the glass and the possibilty of the tonic exploding, so perhaps I'll wait until we get down there and do a grocery stop on the way to the hotel - does Florida sell liquor in their grocery stores?
Anyway, my question was, has anyone else sent a package ahead for a stay at Pop Century, and if so, was there any handling charge?
Thanks!
Ali

I think he can "survive" on whatever I send down though.
