Sending a postcard home

Just wondering how long it takes for a postcard mailed at WDW to get home to Canada (maritimes to be specific)?

My son had to send one to his Grade one class. We mailed it the first day from DHS. After returned from a 9 night vacation he still beat it home by over a week. This was in January. I would guess December would take longer with Christmas mail.

As Carrie mentioned, postcards take much longer to get to Canada then regular mail.
Last year I sent postcards in envelopes to my DM and they arrived in about 3-5 days.
